I flew in on Saturday, and staying at Billy's house. Yesterday morning I woke up and walked down to the ocean to seek God and read my Bible. Folks what view he has.
It was so beautiful to see the sun raise and so many colors and how the clouds, just looks great.
As I was winding down, I was asking our Lord about what happen on Wednesday morning.
If you have been told yet, Kevin, (son while here in Nasau) Has passed away. There are many questions that I am asking about. But as I am here now, prayerfully I will find some out,
Billy leaned a car while I am here. so, I got up and drove around trying to find a BTC open. I didn't have a sim chip for my USA phone. So, I didn't want to spend more money than I would have too. All the BTC stories are closed on Sunday, but their website tells another story, saying they are open. To make a long story short, NOT AT ALL.
I drove to a couple of places to find a sim chip. But not today. So, I drove over to Calvary Bible.
This is their choir. Thay have some new folks up there since I have been gone. But still have a great sound. The pastor, Pastor Ellicott, his message was on the Christmas Story. It really was a great time and a lot of notes to take. But at the end I had a chance to get some what caught up with w few folks and was going to meet Kevin's mom at the house. I drove to the house and sat and talked with her, I while. She is doing okay, for now. But it is a shock still.
To, lead into what has happened. On Wednesday morning Kevin was found around the house, he had been murdered, and someone found him lying there. So, now you can somewhat understand why there are so many questions. Well, his mom has some questions answered, but she was going to the police station on Monday morning. I asked her to call or text me if we could get together and talk a little more. I have texted her and she wrote back, Ok. So, prayerfully we will sit and talk before I leave on Thursday this week.
So, I drove back towards the Billy's and stopped a few spots to just see what has been going on.
I am not sure who I was talking with a day or two about the canals. So, thinking I will take a drive over there and check it out. While going in the back bush, I looked up and saw this raven or hawk sitting on the top branch of this tree. He or she was beautiful.
Folks if you ever look back at my blog, Kevin and Scooby use to come over many times and just enjoy swimming here and even brought camp groups here.
This is the inlet, or outlet depending on low tide or high.
Looking down towards the land, there is a spilt here, goes to the left and right. While I lived here, I would ask why these are not developed yet??? It sure would be a great place to build some houses and be on the water's edge. But the only drawback is, the tides change like 4 feet every 6 hours.
So, I guess if you have any kind of big boat, you are limited to going or coming.
Okay, I stayed here for a little while and drove back to Billy's and helped out with the Adventure Learning Centre Drive Thur.
This is the manger scene. The wise woman, Joseph and Mary. I played the shepherd, and I even had lines to say. It was really fun; I did this the night before too. But I sure was looking forward in taking a shower and get to bed.
The drive thru went off great. Both nights I did we had around 100 + cars (vehicles) There were cars, vans trucks and taxis too.
This is something that each and every one that comes thru gets to hear the Word of God and to realize that Jesus Christ is Lord and Our Savor.
I have been handing these out to folks I talk with while here and traveling.
I only brought so many, I kind of wish I brough more, that would have been a great thing during the Christmas Drive Thru.
Well, like I said I am here until Thursday and will be flying out in the morning.
So, if you think of Kevin and his family and others around there, PLEASE SAY PRAYER OR TWO.
It is a rough time, and we all want everyone to know that Jesus Christ is our Savor.
I have pictures of Kevin but not sure why they are not uploading to this e mail address.
Prayerfully the next time I get online they will be there.
This was taken while Jeanne and I came over here in March of this year. This is Kevin a great man.
Just want to make sure everyone knows,
Kevin was baptized when he was 16 years old.
I BELIVE ONCE SAVED ALWAYS SAVED.
So, we will see him again.
