My Lord has been giving me some work and it's not that hard.

This is Gladys house. She asked me to paint her carport and fix up the steps. I took the old carpet off and went to Home Depot and bought some other carpet she wants.

These steps she only wants me to paint them white and that is it. I don't think it's a good idea. But she wants them white. She is the one paying me to do the job and she gets what she wants.

I got cleaning with the Home Armor that I get from Home Depot and noticed that there is some grease or something like that on the driveway.

I asked Gladys for some Dwan dish soap. I squirted it out and just scrubbed very hard with a brush and then used the pressure washer to make it look great and it will be ready stain this carport.

Prayerfully it will dry, and I can come back Tuesday and paint the steps and put new carpet on the front steps.

I installed the new indoor and outdoor carpet and now I used a paint brush to perimeter. I used to paint driveways back in 1984 to 1986. Back then I used to do the same thing brush the perimeter and hard to get into places. Like along the carport edging.

I painted the two sets of steps with white paint, and she still thinks it's a good idea.

I can tell you this, it was a very hot day and the weather app tells me that it will be raining around 3pm. So, I need to get it down and let's see what happens.

After some time, I finished up and walked around and made sure it looks great and prayerfully it will dry faster today, being so hot out here.
It's kind of funny, after I left, on the way to the school it started raining and I just kept asking the Lord to PLEASEN PROTECT THAT PAINT JOB.
Which HE DID. Folks the rain was pouring down, and lightning was flashing all around and BIG BOOMS too.
Okay Wednesday is here, and I need to look and see how the paint held up. GREAT.
I have another job next story, and the pictures below will be Linda's house.

What has happened, last year a tornado came thru this area and Linda told me that the screen room medal had been pulled away from the frame. So, Linda got her drill gun out and put a bunch of screws in to hold it for now.

So, she asked what I could do to make is look better? So, I went to Home Depot and looked at their prices and thought it would cost about $150.00+. I stopped at Apple Industrial. They sell and cut plus weld and pretty much do a lot of some with medal.
Hey, I saved her about $80.00 bucks and it pretty much the same aluminum.
It took me all day to take all the screws out and cut and put up the aluminum up and it turned out a lot better than I thought it would. Linda was very happy, and I did stop and look at Gladys carport and it all looks great too.
PRAISE YOU LORD AND THANK YOU.

On Thursday morning Presley loves to sit next to me and just watch. Isn't he so CUTE?
Yesterday, I helped out a Carnival Day at Westwood High School.

First thing I need to do is, put the tent up and set everything up and get ready to sell some Tacos, Lemonade and brownies/chocolate chip cookies. Each item cost Jeanne around $.50. We each for $2.00.
The 5th period students came in the classroom, and I took three of them with me to finish setting up the tent and tables and whatever else was needed to make it happen. After this period, Jeanne and all of them came out with the supplies and food and everything else that is needed to make the tacos and sell.

During this time, it's the last period of the day and it's Carnival Day. There are many folks selling all kinds of food and drink and this is Jeanne's 6th period class. They helped out and they even had lunch time to go see the rest of the carnival. Ther was a D.J. playing music.

This is my station. I am the one selling the tickets. We have white tickets for the tacos, and the brownies/CC cookies and lemonade are the red ones.

At the end of this class pretty much all the students left to go home. Chef Gray asked for some students to stay after, and it all worked out great.
We needed help to break everything down and put all things back into place.
I had three students help me clean up outside and Jeanne took the rest of them back to the kitchen and started cleaning up everything else.
The students did a really good job cleaning everything up and putting the things back where they.
 belong.
I took all the money and tickets and figured out how we did. Overall, the Jeanne's culinary class made around $500.00 in profit. The reason we do this and sell, breakfast to the teachers, and events. This way, Jeanne and make food and even feed her students. The state doesn't give her any money at all for her program or for things she needs to show the students how to cut and make and just clean and all the things it takes to run her program.
We are very blessed, and I know Our Lord is part of everything we do in this class.
Folks I am reading Isaiah. I am only in the first part of it and God is trying to get Israel's Attention.
He warns them that another JUDGEMENT DAY is coming. Folks we are in that day again.
PLEASE JUST TRUST JESUS CHRIST AND ASK HIM INTO YOUR HEART.

These last two Fridays, Jeanne and I have been having a beautiful time down at the Square Grouper Restaurant.

This is the front of the restaurant. There is a sign saying, NO ONE UNDER 21 IS ALLOWED. Plus, no dogs.
I don't think I have even seen a restaurant have a sign like that, before. But this is the place Jeanne took me on my birthday 2018. That was our first date.
A quick story. At the time, I saw her at The Crossing Church a few times. Every time I would ask her if she would like to go have coffee afterwards? Each time, she would say not today. But I am not sure how we contacted. I guess we exchanged number one time. On my birthday Dec. 17th, 2018. I guess she called me and asked if I would like to go out and get something to eat? So, I must of said yes. I remember asking her address and I went and picked her up and we came here. She ordered some wings, and she asked me. I said no I am okay. But we still talk about how I ate most of her wings and she told me I really enjoyed them. That is how our first date went. So we have been stopping here every once and while to get something to eat and relax.

This is called the Jetty. It in Fort Pierce and Jeanne love coming down here and just walking around and enjoying the view. She really loves taking the boat thru here and out to the ocean.
It funny, she we always just sit here and watch the birds and the people coming and going. Plus, the boats coming and going too.

I guess these are like the wings we first had together here. Plus got nachos too. The funny part is that was our dinner last night too. We always have leftovers too. I just ate the nachos the day before for lunch.

As we are leaving here there is a couple of other restaurants around the corner. They are on the ocean side. I went back in my pictures and found the last time here, was with Chris, Jeanne's cousin (he lives in Alaska). That was May 24th.

These are on May 10th with my cousins and Debbie and Jon and Jeannes; cousin Chris below.

I found this picture, it was taken on May 9th, we ate at Chopsticks Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie.
Well, today is September 20th already folks. It's kind of crazy how fast time is going anymore. I look back and say how can this be???
Well like I said yesterday. I started the Book of Song of Solomen, in my Bible yesterday.
Just another quick story. When I became a Christain, I really didn't start reading thru and Bible until I Jan. 2009. I think that is the first time I started. I was living in the Bahamas then and my quiet time was much QUIETER.
Well back then I use to talk with my Senior Pastor Alan Lee. I was going to Calvary Bible Church then.
We had many talks about the Bible. He was very understanding and use to give me advice.
Well, I know one time I started reading in the Book of Song of Solomen, I read some things that got me excited. Well, I went to him and asked about reading it. I remember him telling me maybe I should not read it until I find a wife. Hey, I was no saint about reading bad stuff. But I didn't read that book until 7/23/2020. That was the time I was dating my wife, Jeanne. We started dating on Dec. 17th 2020. Oh, I told you that already above. But I really cherished those talks that I had with Pastor Lee. He is a wise man and very knowledgeable about life itself. he is living in Tampa the last time we talked.
Folks if you have never read the Book of Song of Solomen (married) please do, it might give you some excitement and maybe even read it with your wife.
Folks, I just want you to all know
THAT JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU AND WANTS YOU TO COME TO HIM TODAY.
