Hey folks the way our world is going, I believe Jesus Christ is returning in our lifetime.
Okay these a few jobs I did on Monday to Wednesday this week.
I got a text realtor at Spanish Lakes Fairways. They asked me to check out this house and give them a price. Well, I walked around and saw I need to weed the flower beds, plus there are ferns growing under the house. Then looking at the house itself, needs to be pressure washed and cleaned. Then looking at the carport pole, is bent. Needs to be repaired.
So, Monday I was all ready to tackle this job.
Folks I have been using this protect for over 10 years. It really works and it makes my job so much easier. I spray this on and scrub a few spots. Then come back with the pressure washer and it really does work. I get mine at Home Depot and it cost $15.98 a gallon. I used two (2) gallons on this house.
After I sprayed this on the carport ceiling, this showed up. Folks this is from nicotine from smoking. Afterwards I talked with the Jackie, the realtor. They were telling me this people here smoked a lot.
While I was weeding along here, I stepped into a RED ANY HILL, Three different times. I am not too smart some days. I got my hose and sprayed their hill away but guess they really didn't want to leave their home behind. Thye came back and again. It was raining and I thought they are gone. NOT.
This is my leg the next day. Those are red ants' bite.
Well folks the rain stopped and I weeded everything out and washed the house down and hammered the pole out a little and put JB Weld in the holes and screwed a piece of medal over it and sprayed and looked good. Then went around and sprayed Roundup all the way around the house and the flower beds. Walked away to $200. plus, they gave me a $30.00 tip too.
Next project.
This is the reason I am washing this house. She wants to have her house painted and someone else pressure washed her house a little while ago. They didn't use any cleaned on it just pressure washed it. Which left behind chalky film behind. This is not good to paint over. The reason is you are painting over the chalk, and it will flake off in a short time. So, folks if you plan on painting anything that is outside for anytime, please check and see if it's chalky.
So, I didn't use the pressure washer here. Just want to show her using the cleaning I talked about before really works. I did have to use a scrub brush in areas that needed it.
Like this clam shells they were the worst with the chalk.
Here you can see how the mildew is just running down the wall.
Folks when I looked at this job, thinking it will not be too bad. But afterwards this is a large areas to clean and boy I was very tied afterwards.
Here I charged her $100.00. $30.00 is for the cleaning supplies.
Okay one more project for this week.
This is Glady's carport. I painted this last week, and she was very happy with it. She texts me this week and asked how much would it cost to repaint her carport again? I told her I will recoat it will be $60.00. The she asked about painting her white doors, said be $100.00 plus paint. Then $100, to paint her doors. No problem she was telling me that this should make is last a little longer, I agreed. So, I blew it all down and went around the perimeter and this time I used a small roller, and it went a little faster than the first time, using a paint brush.
I kept my eyes on the weather. I looked at the weather radar and kept saying really nothing is coming until after 3pm.
So, I decide to spray paint the doors first, before the roll the rest of the carport. It was kind of funny, my mind seemed to be clear, and I thought and looked at it and said to myself. Just put painter's tape over the medal what I am not spraying. Then cut a piece of cardboard and used it as a shield, when spraying.
The white cardboard that is laying here is what I used. Glady's was very happy to see how nice the doors came out. So now is the time to roll the carport.
Okay I have finished the rolling and made sure everything looks great. Cleaned up the rollers and paint brush and even the five-gallon pail, I used to put both gallons of paint into.
Folks the rain held off, and I PRAISED MY GOD FOR THAT. Plus, these three days by God's grace, I made $330.00. That is after the cost of the cleaner too.
Wow Looking back and seeing how much clearer my mind felt like. I know God is doing some mighty works in my life and I believe my brain fog is lifting.
I know I really haven't talked about this, but in the last couple of years I am forgetting more and more. But like believe He is doing something to help me. I have been going to different doctors and doing all kinds of test and now this doctor I went to last month gave a prescription and maybe they are helping me too. But I know MY LORD IS WITH ME ADND I TRUST HIM.
I was telling Jeanne just yesterday how my mind seems to be clearer than normal.
That card that is above here, PLEASE READ IT AND ASK JESUS INTO YOUR HEART TODAY.
