Well we got the boat into the water at the ramp, Jeanne went looking for Glass Minnows. She found many of them. So she got the net out and threw it one time and WOW that is the first picture. Emptied out in the pail and threw it one more time. We decided to just wait until we get on the beach to clean out the net. The small ones got stuck inside of it. It took us over 2 hours to clear that net out.
It is a good looking boat after we did some cleaning and fixing some stuff too.
Very enjoyable ride and just some fun.
We anchored her at the cove. Went swimming and just relaxing. Hey getting all of those little guys out of the net was a chore.
This is at low tide. After about three or so hours the tide came in.
Wow that was fast, the water is covering most of the shore line.
That sure was a lot of fun. I think I am burnt too. Oh well it beautiful and relaxing all at the same time.
Now Jeanne wants to put all of those glass minnows in Zip Lock bags and freeze them.
I think we have over thirty pounds of them or more?
Now we have some chum and bait for the next time we go out fishing.
I did get sunburn and felt some pain. But after putting on the aloe oil on, the pain subsided. We both slept very sound.
We have kept our eyes on this storm that is coming our way.
As I am blogging today (Monday) the storm came thru and no damage at all happen.
Praise HIM in the storms and out.
