Yes we need a new air condition. The reason is, this one is running all the time. It does have a Freon leak. We had a guy come out and repair it. But he was saying it is the coils themselves.
It might last a year, or a day? So we are biting the bullet.

These are the guys that pulled and put in a new one today. Chris and Steve.
I asked these guys what do they do with the old one? Steve told me that they have a guy to pick it up and take care of it. I will share tomorrow about the new one.
I need to put in a new floor in Carol's bathroom today.
