THE NEW SCHOOL YEAR IS HERE. 2025/2026

I think we started making breakfast for the teachers on Aug. 2nd Saturday and Sunday. We need to have everything ready for Monday the first day for the teachers come back to work. Meanwhile Jeanne and I have been working on cleaning out the Pantry. What we needed to do is, take everything out of that room and bring it into to the kitchen and empty the medal shelving and wipe everything down. Plus we threw some things out too.  So, after getting that room ready, now is the time to go to Sam's Club and other places to get what we need. Meanwhile Jeanne e mail some students and they responded and came in. We were very bless to have the help and even had some fun too. But it's Monday morning at 5am.
We got everything ready and started on time too. We served them and came back in and cleaned the kitchen and the cafe where we fed them. So, now on (I think) Tuesday evening the school had open house, for all the 9 graders. Jeanne gave out brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Plus had a jug of water so they could get some water.

That went very well and we packed back up and put everything away. Then the rest of the week worked on cleaning the kitchen and whatever else was needed.
On Saturday morning 6am. Westwood had Senor Breakfast at Jaycee Park.
First meet on the beach to watch the sunrise and two teachers had time for prayer and blessing on the students and Principal Alfonso, gave a nice speech about how this new year is going to be the best.

Really didn't see the sunrise itself. But it was still a beautiful morning. Nice turn out too. Mr. Wilks told me this morning that 182 kids showed up and had a wonderful time. The sandwiches came a little late, from Sunrise Cafe. BUT IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME.

This is Jaycee Park on the west side of A1A.
You can see we brought Presley and he was having some fun too.

We didn't wait around for the breakfast sandwiches, which I was very happy to drive over to Captains Galley. Jeanne went in to see if we could bring Presley in with us. The young lady said sure. We were talking about sitting out on the patio and this way, should be no problem.

We were kind of early on Saturday morning for breakfast. The crowds coming after 9am.
Jeanne and I had a wonderful breakfast and just enjoyed the breeze on the patio and just sitting outside was very nice too. Presley was a good boy and the young lady brought out some water for him and he was very appreciative. Meanwhile just sitting around was very relaxing. From here I am not sure what we did next. But I know we got home and Jeanne had to work on paperwork and getting her stiff together. Monday is opening day for 2025/2026.
Please if you think of us, say prayer or two. This next week-end we need to start looking for a another vehicle. Our Kia is running on God's GRACE.
The sad part is this morning Thursday, she broke down at the school and the tranny is pretty much shot. After school gets out Jeanne and I will tow it back home and let see what God Got Plan???
I think you advance, for your prayers.
