On our way to North Carolina.

As we were driving along, we can see the leaves really not changing as we planned. Jeanne went on line and asked about leaving turning. Well folks we were both very disappointed. Our whole idea about driving north, was to see the truing of leaves.

This was kind a of neat. Jeanne was telling e a story about a guy that lives in this area. I think she told e his name was Bobbie. Well about tens years ago, Bubba (hubby) and Jeanne would go to a Apple Festival in Tennessee. So while there, this Bobbie and his wife had a stand and they all became friends. So every year Jeanne and her hubby would go and meet Bobbie and hang out. So Jeanne is sharing all this with me. We pulled in and saw a guy in a distance. So looking around noticed the farmer's market is closed. But this one guy is walking around. Well guess what. It is Bobbie. He is still open.
Oh this Farmer's Market is in Ashville N.C.
So we drove over to where he was and parked and walked in and yes it was Bobbie.

Well Jeanne and him started talking about the old times. I guess when Bubba was around they realy did have soe fun.
Ok it is time to get going back to Savannah, GA.
I was very tried and not to happy about driving back today. So Jeanne told me that she would drive back. Great, not really. I asked her if we could just get a hotel here, some where?

Well we made it back and it was late. I think we pulled in around 11pm or so?
Well folks we didn't see many fall leaves but did enjoy the ride.
As today is Nov 15th my buddy is still in ICU. Please keep him and his famly in prayer.
Up”date” on Tim
( Day 18 ventilator)

Earlier last evening it was concerning with his heart rate. After putting him on his stomach his heart rate was in the 120’s and it took quite some time to come down.Thankfully today that has been better. Also the last few nights he has been having nose and mouth bleeds; no confirmation on what’s causing it possibly the tube in the mouth or the blood thinners.

Our “date” today: Today is our 8th adoption day anniversary and we surely missed being all together  as a family with him!💕
His stats were good at the beginning of the day but by afternoon had declined some and need to be put back up to 100% for a bit and then eventually down to 60% ventilator, 10 peep resulting in low 90’s oxygen saturation. The bleeds are still happening throughout the day and tonight.

Tomorrow surgery for the tracheotomy is scheduled for the afternoon. God has blessed us with a wonderful surgeon who also shared a prayer with us when she consulted on the procedure. The Lord answered our prayers with someone kind and compassionate to do Tims surgery.

PRAY 🙏
- for the surgeon and surgery tomorrow to be God led in wisdom and go smoothly.
- for Tims body to do well  with the surgery and that this procedure will help him have more comfort and be beneficial in his recovery.
- protection of organs, mind and body from all of the medications side affects.

Verse of the day: Ephesians 3:14-19
“For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.”
