This is Margo's house. She got a letter on her door, saying you need to wash the east side of your house. There is mildew on it. So, I came over and looked and explained about cleaning her house. I told her if I only wash the east side, it will cost you $50.00 plus a cost of the cleaned total $70.00
Or wash the whole house $100.00 plus =$130.00 So, she just. She just wants to stop receiving letters.
I washed to whole house, and all is well.
Oh, while I was talking with Margo, the post lady (Meg) came up to the door and handed her a registered letter (cost $10.44) This letter was the same one she got on her door last week. It's sad how Wynn is first of all, scaring folks. I remember a few years ago, Miss Wells (92 years old) called me and sounded like she was ready to cry. Tom, I got a letter and it's telling me to have my pavers picked up in the back yard. I pulled up all the pavers, and all was well. These letters really seem unfair to these people. Most folks do the best they can to keep their homes clean and yard work looking pretty good. Don't get me wrong, I know some people don't worry about cleaning. Those need to get letters. But there are two guys that work for Wynn (in this park) that walk around and just look for something out of order and write up these letters. I know the HOA has been trying to help people out.
I really hope and pray that each and every one had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
This was our Thanksgiving Day. Our nephew Bo and Katie made it happen.
It is so nice to get together and spend some time with family.
Overall, I ate too much and went back and got more. Isn't that what it all folks do on Thanksgiving?
Well, we had a nice time and Jeanne spent time with her sisters and just a great time.
Today is Black Friday, but my wife and I really not needed anything for ourselves.
But we do need to go shopping for a event we are doing on Dec 1st. Jeanne is planning a party for some folks at the Sunshine Kitchen and they want appetizers. There is a special name. (Charcuterie) She will be making roses out of lunch meat, all kinds of different chesses, vegetables, fruits and all kinds of food. With dips and spreads. Garnish and extras. Folks I have seen some of these boards my baby has made, and they really do look great, and people eat well too.
I will share pictures next week. Prayerfully it all comes out, and everyone enjoys themselves.
