A day before school starts up. Thinking Aug 9th.

By looking at the door, there has been some changes. I love the new look.
Yes this is the day before the students come back to school.
We walk in and see this kitchen, what happen here?

All of theses tables and chairs belong in the dinning room area. So as the morning started up. Mike and one of his workers came in and moved all the tables and chairs back into the dinning room. The reason they were here, they cleaned and waxed the floor in there and needed them out of the way.

Now here you can see a stove sitting in the middle of the kitchen. WHY? Well during the Summer time, they came in and replaced the two stoves. But they didn't remove the old ones. The reason is??? Not sure. But Jeanne was told they will be moved out shortly.

Here is the other stove that was moved.

Over all the kitchen in some what back in shape.
After Mike and his helper moved the tables and chairs out. Then we had room to get some of the other things put away. Now these stoves are very heavy and there is no way I will be able to move them out of our way. Since then the one smaller stove has been moved out, now they need to come back and move the last one out????
Jeanne was told the day they moved the small one out, they didn't have any tools to take it apart, so they could move it out the door. They used Mike's tools from here to take the small stove out. WHY WOULD THEY NOT HAVE TOOLS??? Now we still have the large one in the middle of the kitchen still, to this, day the 17th.
Well school has started up and Jeanne has over 168 students this year. That is crazy. She has 6 periods and that is avg. of 28 students in each class. That would not be back, BUT she has 34 students in one class and 31 in another one. She has 27 desks in her classroom.
There is a large table they can use for a desk in there too.
By God' s grace it is working out pretty good. As today is the 17th of Aug, no major problems yet?
Well as I look back in my pictures I see we went to the Cove the week-end before Jeanne went into the hospital for her surgery. (Aug 5th) So here are s couple of shots of the beach and water at the Cove.

This is low tide, very peaceful and lovely. Water temp say 80 degrees.

Okay we are at the Cove and the tide is low as we went swimming across to the other side We could touch bottom with our toes, going over.

Here you can see the tide is coming up. So Jeanne and I swam back over to the main land. It was kind a of tuff to swim with my water shoes on. So my baby handed me the raft and I got back over, she swam like a pro. I did have a little fear trying to touch the bottom, but made it back in one piece.

Mean while Jeanne kept on floating down into the Cove and walking back up. I think she did that three or four times? Then it was time for her to get over, she made with no trouble at all. I think I would have drown if I tried to swim back over then. The current was very strong and like I said, not thinking, I could of taken the water shoes off and been okay??? I think?
Over all our school year has started and the students are back and vacation is over for now.
We are so blessed to live along the ocean and inter coastal, so we can get down here very shortly and just hand out. But as my in girl is healing for the surgery. We will not be able to get into the water for a little while or so.
Folks by watching the news last night, our country is in big trouble. Plus all those people that are still in Afghanistan. There are Americans there still??
Please say a prayer or two for all this is going on, it really is getting crazy.
