Okay this might look kind of crazy, but this is how the doctor explained what Jeanne had in her brain. There are two (2) brain aneurysms. Really three (3). The two he is showing here are the ones he repaired. Back last week or so? Jeanne was amended to Lawnwood Hospital. She was having a Vertigo attack. Which means, as she walks she is like wobbly. Like her balance is off. So she was really feeling pretty bad, even a little scared. She has had this happen a couple of times the week before. Okay while she was there in the emergency room. They did a Cat Scan. It came back and it showed she had two brain aneurysms. One oblong 7mm and the other 3mm. So they admitted here for more test. We talked to Doctor Callison, He is Neurosurgical Specialists. So he told us what needs to happen the next week or so.
We set appointment to have the brain aneurysms get repaired. The operation would be Thursday morning around 9:30am.
So she got in there at 9:30am and got prepped. So we had to wait a little longer than planned. The reason was there were a couple of surgeries ahead of hers'. So she really did get into the operating room until 12:45pm. It took the doctor a little more time than he planned.
Look at the picture above. Well as he was looking at the Cat Scan, he thought the aneurysm was oblong so he would only need to go in once and repair it. But as he got into her veins. he saw it was two separate aneurysms. So he had to go in twice. He did the first one and then had to go back in to to do the next one. He put in coils on the inside of the veins.
By looking at the picture above you can see how the two veins went and where the coils are now.
It really is mind blowing how they can go in your leg an get in your brain an repair it!!!
Okay enough on that. Well yesterday she got out of the hospital and she was hungry.
She still has headaches and her throat is sore too. But she has a smile on her face that shows she is very happy to be able to go home and prayerfully, rest and get back up and get ready for school next week. Monday is a teacher's day, BUT TUESAY THE STUNDENT COME BACK IN FULL FORCE.
There will not be any video chat, they will all be in school. Okay as we were talking about getting some to eat? She asked if we could go to a Thai Restaurant? Okay I am game.
Got here and sat down and looked over the menu and she got Red Sauce, I got Noodles and Beef.
Her is her, Spring Roll and my salad.
The meals came and we really did enjoy them. I have never eaten in a Thai place before. See she really is opening my eyes to different place to eat. Which is good. I am very simple minded on eating.
Okay so we ate and got home and she just wanted to lay down and relax. Which we did, but after a while she was getting some what feeling cramps and still has a headache. Okay we rode it out and after a while she was doing better.
She got a call around 10pm. One of the couple's we have been hanging out with , called her and asked if we could come over and help her with her hubby. I guess he fell on some glass and cut his forearm. So we went over and Jeanne cleaned up the cut, Really needs stitches, but he didn't want to go to the hospital at all. So Jeanne wrapped him up and told his wife, if you need anything else, feel free to call us. Well we got back home and she is just waking up now. She really needed to sleep in and get that rest she needs.
Over all I am not sure if we are out of the woods yet? But as I keep talking about Our Lord and He is the one in control,
Please keep her in your prayers. Thank you for the prayer before an we all now He is work this all out.
