Okay I know it is Saturday and we usually don't work. But one of our neighbors called on Thursday and asked if I could unplug his toilet? So first thing Friday morning Roy and I went over and worked on his toilet. After about 10 minutes it started flowing again. Looking inside of the tank. Notice it really doesn't have much water flowing out during flushing. So we talked to Neil (owner) to see what he thinks? We told him about buying a new one and how they have come with more flushing power. So on Friday we went down to Home Depot and bought him a real good one. Kohler toilet. It cost a little more $168.00. But Roy believes this will help with more flow and fast flushing.
Okay it only took us about ten minutes t get the old one out. Cleaned it up and put the new one in. Everything is gong well.
Okay now I have never seen a toilet seat like this one. Tried to push the nut up under the bowl. Would not go. So read the paper that comes with it. Tried again. Now the seat in on but doesn't stand still.
Now what. This is taking us more time that all to take it out and put the new one in. Come On. It is a toilet seat. I screwed it in and the seat still floats around. Read the paper again. OH you need to push the caps down.
Now it is in place and not moving. Now Neil is a big guy and he was telling us how the seat loosen up. Prayerfully this is going to work for him.
Now why did we do this on Saturday? Well he is in a wheel chair and really needs his bathroom. The other bathroom the floor as some soft spots and it could be a bigger problem.
After getting it in and all is well. He wants us to do the other bathroom floor next week or so.
So he is in good shape for now.
Okay it is still Saturday. We finished Neil up and had to take the toilet to the landfill. So we went to Home Depot and bought the lumber we need for Miss Well job. So Roy went home to rest and I primed the painted the lumber for Miss Wells.
Now we are ready for Monday morning. Miss Well's skirting.
You can see the holes in the skirting here. So we can make it look so much better and the weed eaters will not chew up the skirting any more.
I came back to this and bought it up to be even. With the other boards. Plus got rite of the belly there.
Okay another job well done. We went around and sprayed all of her weeds and walked away with a few bucks.
Every year she has her house checked out for bugs and things. So the guy or gal has to get under the house. So this is the place to enter. Two screws and they can crawl under here.
I just want to say Thank you Lord for the wisdom and skills You have given us to help other out and make some money too. I am blessed everyday.
Today Tuesday we will clean up Pat's yard of bushes and weeds. Then go over and finish painting a house that Jerry the owner started a while back and got hurt and can not climb ladders any more.
So here we go and see what happens today.
Oh we did paint two walls in Jerry house yesterday too.
