Went to Archie's for church on Sunday. Reach Church

It really was kinda of nice to come here again. I saw some old friends and just enjoyed the service. Pastor Dave does a real nice teaching. 

I was hoping to hear a Father's Day message. But Pastor Bob and Pastor Dave did one on the (John Glen) Alpha Program. 

As I was listening, Dave was using a white board to show the different levels we all need in our lives. 

Hey every time I hear God's word there is a neat spark that happens in my soul. 

I am very blessed to be able to understand His word and try to live it out. 

But as we all know, I leak. That means, I need to hear and read His Word each and every day and be filled with the Holy Spirit. 

As I am a SINNER, Saved by HIS GRACE and love. 

After the service I got back on the bike and started heading south, on A1A. As I am riding, I noticed my right knee is starting to hurt already. I only rode about 5 miles out and came back. 

Folks I have been having some trouble with my right knee now for a while. 

I got a call, yesterday that I have been a approved to go get a MRI. 

I sure want to get this knee fixed. But not looking forward to it. 

Just a side note, I love riding and I really believe the riding really helps my knee. The reason I say all this is. I know for a fact. After a nice long ride my knee doesn't hurt for a day or two. 

Maybe it lubes itself up. 

Hey maybe I should get some WD-40 and spray it???? 

Just joking.
