We are still moving forward on this bathroom.

Well we came in on Friday, thinking. Piece of cake, paint the ceiling and walls and put down the floor. Well the patch work we did was still not dry. Not sure why. So the only think we could do yesterday was paint the ceiling, the Wayne's coating and doors. Plus I painted all the trim outside. This way, after painting the walls. Put the trim up and then the floor goes in.

These are the electric boxes we are dealing with. The walls on these home are very narrow. The boxes can only be 1 1/12 deep.Plus you are working with 12 Gauge wire. It is very heavy and hard to bend in these small spaces. Then we are working with dry wall. Which is really doesn't hold up that well. So we used hard as nails to put the top box in. The screws would not hold and what ever we did the box would not stay in place.
Prayerfully it is going to be okay.
The reason they use 12 gauge wire is it is through the whole house. This way they just use that size and everything works off of it. It sure is a pain. Oh I forgot the wires are very short too. You have about 2 inches to work with, then if you cut the sire it is even shorter.

You can see how heavy this wore it and the boxes that come in the homes. So you have to cut the wire to then work with what you have left over. The two bottom wires were not to short. the top one was very short.

This is where I painted the doors and trim and they are ready to go.
Folks this next week on Thursday I fly over to The Bahamas for tow weeks.
There are 6 other jobs folks want us to do before that time.
So I was planning on the bathroom being done on Friday afternoon.
Not sure how this is all going to work out. The other jobs are very small and should only take a half a day. But as it is going now. Not sure when this bathroom with be done?????
So if you think of us at all, please say a prayer of two!!!!
