Hello all,

I have been asked to work in the area, (which when I came) was to run the Camp and scheduling. I am looking forward in getting back into doing that. My only problem is I am still the maintenance guy too. The family I told you about (three months ago) well they are still on their way here, but the paper work is still on someone desk in Immigration. So at this time they are not a loud to come into the country until the paper work is complete. So PRAY for the paper work to be completed. I really am looking forward in seeing this family, Dave the dad is the one to run our maintenance department. He has been doing that kind of ministry for years at a collage. Sorry not sure which one. But I know the size is not a little one. Suppose to have about 750 acres. So PLEASE pray for this to all take place in the near future. I know my Lord will not give me more than I can handle.
Okay now getting back into the Camp thing is fun. I get to pick the groups up and take them to differ places and just be a guild for them. The Camp Director, Jen Repaci is back in Ft Lauderdale trying to get her paper work worked out too. You can come over here for 90 days but anything over that you need papers to stay here. So that is another prayer request too. It could be two to three or even more for her paper work to get done. So folks you have a couple prayer requests now and I look forward in seeing what He has planned. So thank you for your prayers and if you have prayer requests Please let me know and I can pass them on to others.

IT WAS ONLY A QUARTER

Several years ago, a preacher from out-of-state accepted a call to a
church in Houston, Texas. Some weeks after he arrived, he had an
occasion to ride the bus from his home to the downtown area. When he sat down, he discovered that the driver had ally given him a quarter too much change.
As he considered what to do, he thought to himself, "You'd better
give the quarter back. It would be wrong to keep it." Then he thought,
"Oh, forget it, it's only a quarter. Who would worry about this little amount? Anyway, the bus company gets too much fare; they will never miss it. Accept it as a 'gift from God' and keep quiet."
When his stop came, he paused momentarily at the door, then he handed the quarter to the driver and said, "Here, you gave me too much change."
The driver, with a smile, replied, "Aren't you the new preacher in town? I have been thinking a lot lately about going somewhere to worship. I just wanted to see what you would do if I gave you too much change.
I'll see you at church on Sunday."
When the preacher stepped off of the bus, he literally grabbed the
nearest light pole, held on, and said, "Oh God, I almost sold your Son
for a quarter."
Our lives are the only Bible some people will ever read. This is a really scary example of how much people watch us as Christians and will put us to the test! Always be on guard and remember that you carry the name of Christ on your shoulders when you call yourself "Christian."

A laugh for the day.

Something I saw yesterday.

Yesterday I was looking in our phone book here (Bahamas),I came accross this. Looking for Hydraulic Repair, on the same page is Hurricane Protection. Looking a little deeper I saw Jamba Juice. The only thing I could do was laugh. Looking at the picture above you see a funnel cloud. So they thought it was realated to Hurricanes. Then I went to the area on Juices and didn't see this add in there at all. Guys I just love it here and little things like this just gives me a laugh and move on. I pray your day is blessed and that He does some amazing thing in your life today.

Needing a little loving, plus

We at Calvary Bible are trying to help a brother out.

This last Saturday, the men's group came together to help some one out. By looking at the picture above you can see he needs it. This place was passed down from his family. He has been renting apartment a for $600.00 a month. He only needs some help to get the place some what livable. By cleaning and getting the bedrooms ready, he can move into this place and work on it and take the $600.00 and put it in here. So this Summer we have a neat project in front of us. So please pray that we have a couple more people willing to help us out. This last weekend there was Rudy, Er old, Ralph and a carpenter named Mr Forbes. It looks over whelming but by His help and money we can do ALL things through HIM. Phil4 :13. So please pray that we do get more people and the funds to do it RIGHT.

A Lesson in Love

I saw a homeless vagrant who was dirty as could be.
His clothes were old and smelly, and he wandered aimlessly.

He had a little dog that followed everywhere he went,
And all it needed was a little scratch to be content.

Its love was unconditional, and it was no surprise
To see the man was like a hero in his best friend’s eyes.

He wasn’t judged by how he looked, or what he’d say or do,
And nothing could undo the bond that grew between the two.

It seems that touching such a man would be too hard for me.
I’d feel contaminated by the dirt and filth I’d see.

Yet Jesus loves the vilest sinner that He came to save,
And our good deeds are filthy rags; that’s why His life He gave.

That little dog could teach us all to love unselfishly,
And not to let unpleasant things affect what we should be.

And so I pray that I’ll look past the outward things that show,
And freely share the love of Jesus everywhere I go.

Another Job Well Done.

Hey out there in the big world. I want to share a story about a Men's Group I am part of. We meet every Saturday Morning at 6:30 am. During this time we are doing a Bible study. This last month we are in the Book of Jame. In there in Chapter 1:27 talks about how as a body of Christ, we are to help out the orphans and widows that are having problems with making ends meet or even troubles. So during the last month, the men of this group have been helping a lady out with a holy roof. They started two weeks ago, by ripping off the old roof and these last couple of days we put on the singles. So the picture you see above is our finished work for the Lord and for her too.
Now I have some really GOOD NEWS for you all. Lori Deibel a friend of mine, from Calvary FTL. Well she has been going through a LOT in this last year. She had cancer of the breast. Which she had to loss both of them to stop the cancer from going any farther. But Later week she was told by the doctor that there was some spots on her bones and it could very well be more cancer. BUT by OUR prayers and encouragement. Our Lord has save the day. The test came back NEGATIVE. and boy is she relieved. Thank you so much for your prayers and e mails to her. She really does THANK each and everyone of you out there. Thanks.

I had a opportunity to help out my cousin.

It has been a while since I have trimmed and cleaned out her gutters too.  Oh, the reason I am here now is because Jeanne and her sisters pl...
