The scales don't lie.

This was Thursday May 28th 2015

This was Feb 15th at 7: 28 am 

This was March 22nd at 7:18am

These are all the same scale at Publix's it is a food chain down here in Florida. I have been told by many people, their scales are about 4 pound lighter. But if you use the same scale each time.

I had a chance to see a real god movie this last week.

You might say I was not sure about watching this or not. Thinking it would be about the problem we have with black and white. But as the movie kept going. You really saw how some time we are so blind to the truth. We all want to think the best of people, but sometime they disappoint you. 

Well folks I will not say anything more about this movie. I really think if you get a chance to see it. Take the hint and go see it. I believe you might walk away and say wow that was really good. 

Enjoy today and live for Christ.

Yesterday I was at Costco, and ran into a old friend Jon.

Remember this? Well I was talking to Jon about how I love this little machine. It is funny but at first I thought, would I really use this and enjoy it? Well I have been using it since the day I brought it home. It really is good tasting and I believe I have lost weight because of it. 

What I am doing here is showing how easy it is to clean up and you are done. My roommate brought a big and loud machine. He spent like $100.00 or more. The first time he used it, boy did it make a mess. The fruit and juice was all over the counter. Plus it seemed like it took him a half hour or more to clean it up. Well with this. I fill the cup up with fruit and vegetables. Then push it is down onto the machine and let it run 1 minute or so and it is done and ready to drink. Then just take the bottom piece and run hot water over it and it is cleaned. Every other day I will use soap to make sure nothing is building up on it and in it. You know bad stuff. 

But folks I sent $67.99 plus tax and I believe this is one of the best ideas of mine to buy and use. 

The Love Of Christ

On the "Today Show", Matt Lauer interviewed one of the wives of one of
the Navy Seals killed along with the US ambassador in Libya . He asked
what she would say to her children about their dad and how she would
want them to remember him. Her answer, and I quote, "His love for
Christ", and then continued on with a few other things. Throughout the
day and on MSN homepage, replaying the story, they have edited the
"Love of Christ" part out. Why? Because using the word Christ might
offend someone! Well, I am a Christian and I am offended! I'm offended
that they would edit it out. Offended that we as Christians are asked
to tread lightly so as not to offend someone of another religion. I
think anyone who missed the original broadcast that morning should
know what NBC has done. THIS IS PROOF OF HOW BIASED NBC IS. This man
loved his country and loved his God and gave his life for both, just
as Christ gave His life for him. Please feel free to copy this and
forward it to everyone on your email list. There are e-mails that go
around saying, "If you believe in God" then forward this. Well, I am
starting one right here, right now. I am not ashamed of God, but I am
becoming more ashamed of my country. It is time to take a stand. GOD
Bless America ! and Canada !! God Bless us one and all... Please GOD,
have mercy on us!

I got this email this morning and I am so happy that we as Christians are standing up and saying this is not right!!
My room mate was telling me a while back that NBS is one station that will not report everything that is done or said. I use to really enjoying watch the 6:30pm news to just get some what caught up on the day events. But not any more.

That right there are still places in the world that look like this. I have a family I have known for many years now. They had a chance to take a little vacation. So Tim was telling me that it was wonderful and even relaxing. No internet to deal with. Just a beautiful place to take it easy and chill. 

I am very blessed to have friends like them. That is my most thing I miss seeing him and his family Plus others there too. But over all, one of these days I will be back to visit. 

As I was thinking about animals

Well yesterday I was driving around and looking for a place to wax my truck. Well I remember doing it here a couple of times before. So I drove over to the park. It is about 5 minutes away. But I got here and the parking area I usually use was full with cars. So I drove around and saw this. It is a Dog Park. I remember when I had a dog here in the states. Most of your parks don't aloud dogs. So when I saw this I thought about my fellow co worker. Remember I was telling you yesterday about him and his wife have a puppy now. I sent him these pictures. 

Folks I wish I could have animal. But not where I live now. Maybe down the road? 

It really is kind of neat to be around animals.

This is Squeaky, she is a friend's cat. While this young lady is out of town, She asked me to stop by  and have some fun with Squeaky. At first she came running out to the door, then saw it was me. No I going back under the sofa. But after getting some treat out and talking to her. She was mine. 

I can tell you this. I really miss my old pets. Oh I was talking with a coworker yesterday. He was telling me how him and his wife got a Chocolate Labrador puppy. He told me they named her,Mocha. Boy animals are so much fun to be around. They love you all the time. Even when you have a bad day. They coming running to you just so you can hold them or play with them. Maybe down the road I will get another animal. 

This is a ballroom dancing place which it just around the corner where I live. A friend was telling mine, a while back asked if I have ever ballroom dance? So as I was driving around. I thought why not see. Man that place was jumping. I guess it was Mexican night. The two songs I heard were both Spanish. I might come back one of these days, just see. 

Okay I need to get out of the house. Bike ride again?

This is Doug. He sits at the train station each day and works on crocheting. That right he is just sitting there minding his own business. Some what. I was watching a video next to him and it was funny one, he was laughing. The only reason I took his picture was, he reminded me a very good friend of mine back in Nassau. Okay now where do I go? 

I thought to ride up and see a friend up in West Palm Beach. Then said no I will get off at Delray Beach. Okay crazy as it sounds. I drop another friend off at the airport that morning and I was telling her about a bike ride. Se said, have you ridden up to Delray? No I have not. So my thinking now is, Take the train up there and ride back. Another reason is It I rode up one way and ride back home. You are talking some miles. Remember I am this old now???? 

Okay got off and rode along A1A. It was beautiful and the wind was at my back even. 

Man if people would just take a ride and see how beautiful our area is and just enjoy it. 

There is always a rough spot. 

Well I think I went far enough? 

That right the school year is about to end.

This was set up on Thursday afternoon for the 12th graders. they were having their Baccalaureate. What are you talking about? What in the world is Baccalaureate, It means the Spirital side of Graduation. That is correct, I am not making this stuff up. It took me about six (6) time learn how to say that big word. But I can today.Don't ask me a month form today?

Now the one that everyone looks forward to was last night in the Sanctuary. We set it up during the day. But I had the night off and was not there for that event. But I know our team and everyone that worked to make this happen, 

My prayer for each and every students that is getting ready to go to collage. That they get plugged into a good solid church and have wonderful Christians around them. Lord you know all and protect them. 

I look back to the day Kevin graduation. Boy that place was packed. It was in the old Sheridan on Cable Beach, Nassau. There had to be over 500 kids and more families. I just remembering the picture I took of him up on the stage with Mrs Benabe. She was such a great princable. and even a friend. 

See this is the picture that sits on my dresser. I get to see him everyday. He sure take after me???? That is where he got his god looks. NOT, love to joke around.
