Jeanne had classes in Sarasota, Florida. For Culinary.

Every time we come this way, we always have lunch here and enjoy it every time.
Ford Garage Restaurant.

In the next couple of pictures you can see there are two cars up on the rack and the tires are turning and every once and while some blows the horn them .

This is the Men's Bathroom. Classic.

I always get the Estate Hamburger Meal. Plus, Onion Rings worth the $3,00 extra.
Jeanne wasn't feeling that great today, so she got the Seared Ahi Tuna Bowl. She really liked it and ate everything.

When we walk away and look around and just enjoy the atmosphere. Plus, we ate outside and there was a beautiful breeze going thru the air.
After eating we left and had a do go look at a few stores.
Went Best Buy and took care of a bill I had form them. It was a service for my phone. It was $192.00. It was protection on it. My phone has been giving some troubles.  So why have this service contract?
Went to hotel and watched some TV and sleepy.

Jeanne and I sat out and a swim two different times. It sure was a beautiful time. Very relaxing and just nice.

Our first night the air kept running all night long at 68 degrees. I called the front desk, and they sent a guy up and he adjusted it and it seemed okay. But still at nighttime, 68 degrees, Jeanne loved it. She enjoys a cool room at nighttime. Plus, she loves to cuddle with me. I enjoy it too.

On Wednesday morning I went down to the pool and swim and read and just enjoyed the atmosphere.
I needed to do some running around, Walmart -cake spatulas. ATT- my phone is still giving me a hard time, dropping calls and just sometimes no internet.
I picked Jeanne up at school we went out to dinner at this ANNA MARIA OYSTER BAR.
It really is a nice place to eat. Jeanne and her class ate here last year and she really enjoyed the food.

I had the Fish and Chips and Jeanne had Lobster and Shimp dinner. Jeanne was only $19.99. I am not sure how much my was. But I got four pieces of large fish, but I wish I got what she got. She really did enjoy her meal, more.
Got back to our room and went swimming and then bed. Got up and had a wonderful breakfast and I took her to school (Keiser Collage) Oh this is all in Sarasota, Florida.
After dropping her off I was on my way to visit family in Largo, Florida.
Folks it's a nice ride to get up to see them, but The Skyline Bridge always a challenge. I used to get nervous driving over this high bridge. But for the last couple of years, really no problems at all.

You can see how high it is.

Traffic was really no problem at all. Except when I got to the road going to Greg's house. There is road construction. I had to take alternate route. No problem.

This is the Tropicana Ballpark. This is where the Tampa Bay Rays play at.
Got to Debbie's house and she made some phone calls and Joyce and Mark came to visit and we just hung our trying to get caught up and just find out how things are going. Debbie had the cataract surgery, and she has been having some issues with her vison. But she was telling me that it will all be okay. it just takes a few weeks to get used to. Oh, she is doing the Monovision thing. She used to have contact lens, and she didn't have any trouble with that.
But by God's Grace she will be okay.
Greg will meet us at the Olive Graden down the road.

Okay these people are my real only family that we have. Greg on the left, Debbie, Joyce Jon (Debbie Hubby) and then Mark. Our youngest cousin. Oh, Joyce and Mark are brother and sister.

It was kind of a surprises, the traffic was a little more than normal.

Hey pretty good milage.
This is still Thursday, now evening after I picked her up at school. We went out for dinner at this Japanese Restaurant, still in Starosta .

It was Happy Hour and some of the appetizers were half price. so that is what we ate. It was still filling and we enjoyed our time there too. Back to the room and went to bed early. Worn out driving to Largo.
Got up and took her to school and I came back to the room and reading my Bible and packed everything and packed up the truck and ready to go get Jeanne form school and started heading home.

As heading home, we stopped at Culver's Hamburger Restaurant.

I got the Hamburger and Jeanne sundae and I think she really enjoyed her more than I did. I am sorry, I am not tasting how great their hamburgers are. But that is why there are some many places to sell hamburgers.

I think we stopped at Sam's Club just off of 95 going to Coca Beach.
We picked up Presley at Anada's house and he was so happy to see us. Anada has been out babysitter a couple of times and it seems like Presley is okay with that.
we got home and crashed and unpack and started getting the boat ready to go out in the next few days.
My prayers are for this 4th of July weekend. That everyone has a wonderful time and stay safe.
Jesus Loves You and He is right along side of you, just ask Him into your heart today.

Friday, June 26, 2026

I am not sure why, I didn't take pictures before now. But June 16th to 22 Jeanne and I went out in the boat.

I think I deleted some pictures before these. Because on our first day out, I was pulling away after dropping the boat and I hit another boat trailer. The damage was not too bad. His trailer ($100.00) tail light. He has not gotten back with me yet. But we have been texting. But on our trailer, I broke off the passage wing. No big problem I took is apart and got the plated rewelded. ($71.00) Ours is repaired and up running.
Okay back to this day. Jeanne has a connection with this Causeway Marnia. We have done it before, just dropped the boat off and leave it at the dock and just tried it up and it really is kind of neat. A lot easier.
Hey while writing I just remembered that we dropped the boat off on June 7th. that's the day I hit the guy's trailer. Picked it back up on 9th.

That's our Presley he has it made. Just laying around and enjoying the sun and then the shade.

You all know who this beautiful woman is? That my baby Jeanne.

Those couple of days was our test run on renting the dock. #120. It really worked out great.

Hey this is a dock set up and really nice and easy to just drop our stuff into the bota and take off.
This was June 9th.

Back to this trip. on June 19th.

Jeanne caught her's, a male. (Maui) (Dolphin) Every time you say dolphin, at my aga, think Flipper the show. (Porpoises)

I think the Lord felt sorry for me, so He gave me a female. I little smaller.
Folks we do caught fish, but most of the time very small ones and really nothing to get excited about. But we are out in the boat and enjoying our beautiful day and just a good time.

Wow today the beaches are busy and looks like some fun.

Today after fishing, going to fill up our gas tank on the boat. The marina's around here charge over $6,00 a gallon. Wawa is only $4.34 a gallon. so it really is worth the pulling it out and putting it back in.
So, I get to the Stan Blum Boat Ramp. and getting ready to come around and pick up the boat, there a large bang in the air. Thinking someone if shooting off fireworks.

Popped a tire on the trailer. I got the tools out and see if I can do this or not. I notices the floor jack is to low to jack it up. I went in back seat of the F150 and found the jack for the truck. Got it out and measured it and it will work.
But Jeanne told me NO, she called the US BOAT. They normally tow boat. But the policy she has roadside service too.

A gentleman came out and we talked a little and he got his 3-ton jack and Impact hammer drill out and changed it for us and just had a nice talk about what he does and how busy is. Gave him a tip and a Little Jesus too.
Loaded up thew boat and went to Wawa and filled up it took $253.00 of gas.

Got gas and came back and dropped her off again and by God's Grace the storm held off for about an hour.

Okay Jeanne is waiting for me to go and do something around the house and a few run arounds.
So, folks my prayers for you are that you have a fantastic weekend and enjoy the church service and my prayer is that He speaks to you and you can listen to what He has to say to you.
May He Bless YOU.
