When I say I am BROKE I am Broke.

A little old lady answered a knock on the door one day, to be confronted by a well-dressed young man carrying a vacuum cleaner.
'Good morning,' said the young man. 'If I could take a couple minutes of your time, I would like to demonstrate the very latest in high-powered vacuum cleaners...
''Go away!'' said the old lady. ''I'm broke and haven't got any money!'' and she proceeded to close the door.
Quick as a flash, the young man wedged his foot in the door and pushed it wide open... ''Don't be too hasty!'' he said. ''Not until you have at least seen my demonstration.''
And with that, he emptied a bucket of horse manure onto her hallway carpet.

Now if this vacuum cleaner does not remove all traces of this horse manure from your carpet, Madam, I will personally eat the remainder."

The old lady stepped back and said, "well let me get you a fork, 'cause they cut off my electricity this morning."

See I don't work them to hard.

Important: RECALL NOTICE!

The Maker of all human beings (GOD) is recalling all units manufactured,
regardless of make or year, due to a serious defect in the primary and
central component of the unit, the heart. This is due to a malfunction in
the original prototype units code named Adam and Eve, resulting in the
reproduction of the same defect in all subsequent units. This defect has
been technically termed "Sub-sequential Internal Non-morality," or more
commonly known as S.I.N. as it is primarily expressed.

Some of the symptoms include:
1. Submission to Temptation
2. Loss of direction
3. Lack of peace and joy
4. Foul vocal emissions
5. Amnesia of origin
6. Selfish or violent behavior
7. Depression or confusion in the mental component
8. Fearfulness
9. Idolatry
10. Rebellion

The Manufacturer, who is neither liable nor at fault for this defect, is
providing factory-authorized repair and service free of charge to correct
this defect.

The Repair Technician, JESUS, has most generously offered to bear the entire
burden of the staggering cost of these repairs. There is no additional fee
required.

The number to call for repair in all areas is: P-R-A-Y-E-R. Once connected,
please upload your burden of SIN through the REPENTANCE procedure. Next,
download ATONEMENT from the Repair Technician, Jesus, into the heart
component.

No matter how big or small the SIN defect is, Jesus will replace it with:
1. Love
2. Joy
3. Peace
4. Hope
5. Patience
6. Kindness
7. Goodness
8. Faithfulness
9. Gentleness
10. Self control

Please see the operating manual, the B.I.B.L.E. (Basic Instructions Before
Leaving Earth) for further details on the use of these fixes.
WARNING: Continuing to operate the human being unit without correction voids
any manufacturer warranties, exposing the unit to dangers and problems too
numerous to list and will result in the human unit being permanently
impounded. For free emergency service, call on Jesus.

DANGER: The human being units not responding to this recall action will
ultimately have to be scrapped in the furnace. The S.I.N. defect will not be
permitted to enter Heaven so as to prevent contamination of that domain.

Thank you for your attention!

GOD

recall notice, and you may contact the Father any time by 'Knee mail'!

Who's your DADDY?

A seminary professor was vacationing with his wife in Gatlinburg,TN. One morning, they were eating breakfast at a little restaurant, hoping to enjoy a quiet, family meal. While they were waiting for their food, they noticed a distinguished looking, white-haired man moving from table to table, visiting with the guests. The professor leaned over and whispered to his wife, 'I hope he doesn't come over here.' But sure enough, the man did come over to their table.

'Where are you folks from?' he asked in a friendly voice.
'Oklahoma,' they answered.
'Great to have you here in Tennessee,' the stranger said.'What do you do for a living?' 'I teach at a seminary,'he replied.

'Oh, so you teach preachers how to preach, do you? Well, I've got a really great story for you.' And with that, the gentleman pulled up a chair and sat down at the table with the couple.

The professor groaned and thought to himself, 'Great .. Just what I need ...another preacher story!'

The man started, 'See that mountain over there? (pointing out the restaurant window). Not far from the base of that mountain, there was a boy born to an unwed mother. He had a hard time growing up, because every place he went, he was always asked the same question, 'Hey boy, Who's your daddy?' Whether he was at school, in the grocery store or drug store, people would ask the same question, 'Who's your daddy?'

He would hide at recess and lunch time from other students. He would avoid going in to stores because that question hurt him so bad. 'When he was about 12 years old, a new preacher came to his church. He would always go in late and slip out early to avoid hearing the question, 'Who's your daddy?'

But one day, the new preacher said the benediction so fast that he got caught and had to walk out with the crowd.

Just about the time he got to the back door, the new preacher, not knowing anything about him, put his hand on his shoulder and asked him, 'Son, who's your daddy?'

The whole church got deathly quiet. He could feel every eye in the church looking at him. Now everyone would finally know the answer to the question, 'Who's your daddy?'

'This new preacher, though, sensed the situation around him and using discernment that only the Holy Spirit could give, said the following to that scared little boy... 'Wait a minute! I know who you are! I see the family resemblance now, You are a child of God.' With that he patted the boy on his shoulder and said, 'Boy, you've got a great inheritance. Go and claim it.'

'With that, the boy smiled for the first time in a long time and walked out the door a changed person.. He was never the same again. Whenever anybody asked him, 'Who's your Daddy?' he'd just tell them , 'I'm a Child of God..''

The distinguished gentleman got up from the table and said, 'Isn't that a great story?' The professor responded that it really was a great story!

As the man turned to leave, he said, 'You know, if that new preacher hadn't told me that I was one of God's children, I probably never would have amounted to anything!' And he walked away.

The seminary professor and his wife were stunned. He called the waitress over & asked her, 'Do you know who that man was -- the one who just left that was sitting at our table?'

The waitress grinned and said, 'Of course. Everybody here knows him. That's Ben Hooper. He's governor of Tennessee!'

Someone in your life today needs a reminder that they're one of God's children!

This last week was full.

You will see all kinds of things that happen this last week. First of all Monday I came into ALC with two buses down. I checked them out and by that afternoon all is well again. I can tell you this, My Lord is gilding and just walking right along side of me each day and I can see His works in my life each day I am here.
Then pretty much during the week tings break and now they are fixed. it is all His doing when I can lay my head on my pillow and fall asleep. I just love to see His hands and all He does around here.
Thursday night we had a nice dinner with the chorus and just played some games and just good fellowship.
Friday night went to Tim's and Felicia home with Debbie. It was Tim's birthday too. He is NOW 41 years young.
Saturday spend time with a old friend named Frankin. I have known him now for almost 4 and half years. he use to live at a place called Unity House. Now he lives at Samaritan Home. Frankin does have any use of his legs, so he pretty much lives in a wheel chair. When I have some time I pick him up and take him around to see tings, family and just get some good food to eat too. This guy has had a rough life and now as he is growing closer to our Lord he loves his family and just enjoys live even more then he did before.
Sunday went to Calvary Bible and enjoys Pastor Lee's teaching. Then the night service we had a change to redo the Hymns Feast that took place a couple of week-ends ago. I played a guy named John Newton. He is the one that wrote Amazing Grace. It was a a lot of fun and just a good time to see talents that our Lord has given each and every one of us to work with.

I love when I have help. This is Tim and Andrew.

This happen Thursday night, Hymns Feast dinner for us that were part of the show of two Sundyas ago.

This is Frankin and his old neighbor, Dan.

This is Debbie, Tim and Felicia.

This happen two weeks ago, plus last night too

This last week end was our Indenpences Week-end

Yes this country is 37 years old. Friday night is the flag raising at mid night. I am sorry to tell you this. I went to bed at 8pm that night, It was a rough week. But by His grace I made it through it. Saturday I took Hatch, Debbie and Art to the beach and we really had a great time. Just chilling and enjoying life. The two guys I am talking about are the ones that I wrote about last Saturday. Hatch came here to check this place and and to see if God has called him here or not. As time went by he believes maybe not at this time.
But just to hear about his life and see what God has done in his life. It was worth the trip he told me.
Sunday got up and feed a large animals and went to church and then came back and feed the rest of them. Just got back home and crashed.
Then Monday picked up Shadville and we got out to the Nirvana Beach and started setting tings up and started cooking after we got the fires going strong. I started out on the small grill (Churches) Grilled about two pans of chickens then during that time I kept hearing this noise , not sure what it was. I looked down and saw my coals dropping down on the sand. I kept trying to cook, I got down to cooking only two pieces of chicken. I asked if any one had a idea, Ambrose, he said take a pan and just fill it up with the coals I have and see how long it will last. Did and I cooked the hamburgers for about another hour and we were finished. We asked and the boss man tells us don't cook any more. I looked and saw we had 3 pans of chicken and four pans of ribs left over.
I left after that and got back home to feed my animals, CRASHED at home after that and back in bed. I am not sure why i am so tried each day. The sun in kicking my butt.

This use to be the church's grill, We didn't have any gas so I put some wodd in it and light it up.

Fun Day for the Calvary Bible Church, Nirvana Beach

This a area that our people here love to write into, The Tribune News Paper

Thursday a couple of guys came in to check us out.

The guy in the red shirt is Hatch and the other guy in yellow is Pastor Art. Hatah has been praying about coming over here and seeing what his next step will be. He believes he is a missionary and his calling is to work with children. He lives on a 45 foot boat and has a wolf for a pet. Looking at Hatch I see he like to life on the edge of life. He has been around the block many times and he has seen pretty much every kind of culture and just enjoys live to the fullness, since Christ. We talked about his wolf and it really sound like he has a ministry just dealing with kids and how his pet (son) works right along side his master. He came and now he is on his way back home, St. Pete, Fl. he believes his calling has something to do with the islands and we will see what happens. I really think he would be a plus for us, but some of the doors he tried to walk through just would not open wide enough to know. I have asked him to stay in touch and will see what happens down the road. The reason I say this is he he has the know power. Our Lord just has to open that door and we will see some neat tings happen.
Pastor Art came along side Hatch to listen and even make sure Hatch will be in good hands. That to me a good pastor to watch out for Hatch and just nioe to have a friend come along and enjoy a good time here in the islands. Hatch's really name is Mark and I am sorry but I have forgotten his son's name. Maybe our Lord has something else for others around here too.

Had some friends in for a while

Talked to the land lord.

She was telling me that last month's water bill was much higher than normal. So she sent a plumper out to look over the apartments. I know I have kept our water under control. You know a dip or toilet running. Found out the family next to me had two problems. The plumper fixed them.
Now like I said the water has been turned off for two days. I went out to look and found the valve turn to the off. No lock or anything else. So when I get home at night I turn the water back on. Then the morning before I leave to do some work. I turn the water back off. The reason I really don't want them to come back and really put a lock on it. I am not sure if I am doing wrong or not???? I know I pay for rent and the water is in the bill. So I justafly I want water and I get it. I have tried calling the landlord, she has not answered my calls. I will go to her office today the make sure we straight.

Two days ago, our water was turned off.

The little guy I showed below.

I am sorry to tell you this, but he didn't make it. I feed him some tuna fish. He seaamed to enjoy it. But I didn't have any way to feed him the right way. I needed a eye dropper. But the next morning I got busy working and pretty much forgot about taking him to the zoo here. When I did remember it was to late. I really thought it would be neat to have a crane for one of our animals. But not today.

Had a nice day yesterday.

Michelle, Veda, and their girls, plus another girl old neighbor. came with us. We went to a place called Good Fellow Farms. It really is out in the woods. I wish I could have taken more pictures, but while sitting there I just enjoyed the company and relaxing. I did have a chance to walk around with the owner of the place, Eden. He showed me some of his horses and where they keep them. The place is very well built and He told me that he did most of all the work there. They have been there for 7 years now. They have a small country store. They grow all of their own things there, veggies, fruit and even bake bread. We sat down and enjoyed a time of talking and just getting to know each other. Kim is the one in the back, she came later on. Her and her hubby moved here three years ago and live at one of Michelle's apartments. They just bought big piece of land and they are building their own home there. The girls didn't have that much to do there. We were planing on them having a small swimming pool and water tings for them to play with. The last time Michelle was put there, they had that. But not any more. So the younger girls just walked around and found tings to do. So over all a really nice time. Good food too. But if you are low on funds I would not send you there. Their prices are pretty high. Like I said all the tings they sell are grown there and very nicely packaged.

Had a nice day with some frineds. Good Fellows Farm
