Have some good friends that are up in New Hampshire.

What a beautiful shot of these homes there. This is Jan Romeo. Her and hubby drove up there for some time to spend with family. When Bill told me that they would drive up. I thought, wow. That is around 22 hours drive. But, Bill told me that they would be taking turns driving, I guess his brother and family went up too. Jan will be flying back tonight, I will be picking her up at the airport around 11 pm.

Well this place is busies. This is the car wash area. I have been back here before and never saw it full. But it is free and why not use it? My day was washing the truck and picking up Bob. Bob is guy that is staying at Bill Romeo''s home for now. Bob has had some troubles and Bill is trying to be a good brother and help him out. So yesterday, I took Bob to the library close by. While he was trying to get some stuff done on a computer, I waxed my truck. Then brought him back to my place and showed him around. Then took him back to Bill's. At 5:30 pm I picked him up again and took him to church. It really was a good teaching (Pastor Doug did) on Luke18:1-30.
Which talks about the persistent widow. There was this woman who want this ungodly judge to give justice towards someone who harmed her. She was persistent. So after many times of seeing him. Him gave in and gave her what she wanted.
It is like us, when we want something. Just think about the last time you prayed for someone else? You really thought something would happen, but after a while you gave up. This is Jesus telling us not to give up. Keep on praying about what ever you want Him to do. Now remember we are to be seeking His Will, not ours.
Then in Luke 18:9-14 is about the Pharisee and the Tax Collector. This is about two men praying to God. The Pharisee saying I am so glad I am not like him, tax collector. Plus look at all the good stuff I have done for you god. Then you look over to the tax guy and see he doesn't even raise his eyes up to look towards the heavens. He is humbled. I'm a SINNER.
Luke 18:15-17 Jesus blesses the children. He is showing us, that we need to be like children, The faith they have is wonderful. Willing to trust. For the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
Luke18:18-30
The Rich Man. How a young ruler came to Jesus and ask Him what  should I do to get eternal life?
At the end, the ruler tells Jesus, I have done all of the above, so Jesus tells him to sell all you have and give the money to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me. The young ruler walked away sad. That was everything he own. He could not give it up.

Sometimes I wonder about stuff, how many times do I hand on to junk and say No I want this. But in the end you can not take it with you to the grave. Have you never seen a U Haul at a grave site? No.

It is funny, I have been by this Pompano Beach Pier, many times

I always thought it cost money to get onto it. But as walking up, I didn't notice any window to pay for it. So walking along and just talking with the guys on there. I meet a man named Ken, he is the one walking towards me (no short). These are the fish he caught today. He was telling me, he lives about a mile away and walks here all most every day and fishes. I am sorry, he did tell me what was what on the fish.

Just looking back to the shore and seeing what a beautiful site.

After riding back home, I wanted to just lay down along the pool. Which I did and you can see small turn out. I know it was around 3 pm. So pretty much the hotness part of the day.
I still am very blessed to call this place my home.

This movie came out awhile ago. Just could not remember it name.

It is about Creation verses Evaluation. If you are wondering about stuff like this? Please take the hour or so to watch it. I know for me, I did enjoy it. It comes back to what do we believe in? How can this be?
I have a friend that I had a real nice talk with about this one subject a little while ago. I could not remember the name of the movie. But I stopped by another friends' house this week and was talking about it and he pulled this out of is stuff.
On Wednesday night I watched it again.
Please if you have questions on this subject. I think it might answer some of your questions.

Just driving along and saw this bus?

I was driving on Power Line Road and noticed this bus passing in front of me. Wow, that reminds me of our buses back in Nassau. That was so neat to see and be reminded.

This is our Ocean Bus. If look real close, this poor baby is rusting out. On the driver side panel. I have pieces of 2x4 holding the side on. The supports (medal) are all rusted away.
We got this bus in 2007 ?

She is called the Jungle Bus. When I first got there she was standing already. So as I have been there since 2005. She is holding up much better.

This is our Solar Bus. It came in 2006 and we called it the Cheese Bus. Because it was a bright yellow, just like the school buses back in the states. Dave and I primed it. Then I had a chance to spray paint it a couple of times. The last time was two years ago. Made it the Solar Bus. Before that it was the World Bus. It had pictures of all kinds of places of the world.

The bus on the left is our ALC Bus. The reason is the painting on it is of the property of the Adventure Learning Centre. You know the Train, Big Slide,Animals plus the Barn and other tings.
So seeing that Green bus really brought back many great memories.

It is sure good to get back to Fort Lauderdale, Fl.

I guess by now you have figured out I had a window sit?
It really was nice to just enjoy the sites in the air and relax. Most times I try to get a isle seat. But if I asked for a seat on Spirit, that would cost more, I think $20.00?

This is the Tri Rail shittle that will take you from airport to the Tri Rail Train. Which is free. Until you need to get on the train itself.

Driving up to the station.

This is a sign that is at each train station. As long as you are taking the Tri rail the parking is free. I am not sure how they know if you ride or not? The reason is I think they should give you a ticket to put on your dash board while parking.

These are all the stops for this one train.

See what $5.00 gets you. Free parking and a ride too.

Boarding the train. If you look it really is clean and very well done to get in and out. Plus if you have a bicycle you are more than welcome to bring it on board.

Like I said, very clean.

Got back and my truck was still there. Like when I left it there, I asked one of the workers there, if my truck will be save there? They told me, there is police riding around the area and they have their own security.
It is so nice to come back and just know all went well and very rewarding, just to hang out and talk with old friends plus spend some time with Kevin. Hey keep him in prayer, he flies out today or tomorrow.

My time here has run out. On my way back to Fort Laduerdale, Fl.

This was a final picture with my good friend Don. Man in that shirt I really look fatter than I am? I have lost weight???? Maybe not?

I got up this morning at 4 am. Left for the rental place by 4:20 am. Driving towards the renal return, boy on I-100 you can see the BWI  airport signs. But no car rental signs at all. While I was driving around yesterday looking for the guys below. I saw signs on the same road that I used to get to Costco. It really was a blessing I did that yesterday. Just think driving during the night like at 4 am?

I had a wonderful time yesterday getting to know the guys Don works with. I am sorry but I will not tell you their names. First of all I forgot them. But while sitting around having a nice Italian sausage sandwich. These guys really seem to be good ones. You know sometimes you get the feeling that there is something wrong? Not with them, over all very friendly and they like Don, just that alone was rewarding.

Then after the day was winding down. We meet with a young lady,(Jenny), she is Don and Meg's in laws. Don daughter is married to her son, I think Darren is his name. Folks I really need to take notes sometimes. I really am getting bad on remembering names.
If was a wonderful evening and just hanging out afterwards. The place was Olive Garden,
Well if you have not figured it out by now, I am at the airport ready to board and get home.
My time was very well spent, I had a chance to just hang out with Don and Meg, plus see many places and just a great time. As I was saying good bye last night Don invited me back to stay longer next time. To me that was worth the trip alone.
If you have not been looking at my blog during my time here, Don and Meg are my family and I just love them dearly. I sure will be looking forward in seeing them as soon as I can.
THANK YOU DON AND MEG VERY EVERYTHING.

I had a wonderful time, this morning.

This is the church we went to on Sunday morning. I didn't take any pictures, the reason was I didn't want to embarrassed my friends. You know how I get some times. Take a picture here and there, how about one more? But  I drove us there and walked in and started singing. The music was very up lifting. I even knew most of the songs. You can see the name of the church above.
Over all I really enjoy how the Priest was walking around in o front. Just like having a conversation with you.
I am sitting here Now, trying to remember what he spoke on.
All I know is when we got home. We had a wonderful time in talking about, why we believe what we believe. I walked away with some questions, I didn't know. That is okay, I need to study more and just understand what to believe and why.
It is called seeking HIM more time.

Folks this place is just one of many. Wegman's. I know this one is sure BIG ONE.

Back in the day when I a teenager. I use to work at a Wegman's. That was back in Webster, New York. I think I worked there for 5 years or so. After there I went to work at a gas station, Mobil.

This was the founder.

This is my friend Don. He has told me about this place since I have been here. Asking have you been to Wegman's yet? So during Sunday afternoon, we needed some tings. Corn, Hot WHITES, rolls, potato salad and a couple of other items.

This just one side looking down.

The other side. As we were talking during this time, Don was saying, just think if you stayed working for them? I know I could look back and say WOW. But as time mores on so does our lives. After the 5 years of working at the store. I was going to high school and even vocational school. During 2 years there learning the ins and outs of engines and transmissions. Over all a mechanic. That is why I left. I thought why not work on cars and pretty much any thing that has a motor.
Looking back, now if I stayed working for Wegman's. maybe where I am now would have ever happen. Remember what i use to do at the Adventure Learning Centre? I was the mechanic. there and pretty much TRIED to fix what ever was broke. It was by God's grace, why I am where I am today.

This is the dinning hall area.

Now this room or area is in debate now. When they were building this store, there was going to be a liquor store plus. You know wine and beer. Well here in the Baltimore area are laws that say you can not sell those items in a grocery store. The only reason I am telling you this is, Don was talking to me about this and I just walked up and the door open up. Don, is like what, how did I do that? I just told him I walked up and it opened. He finished the story about this room, thinking not to many people have ever saw the inside?

I know some of the pictures are not to good, I was walking when I took them.
Just think this is only food. They don't carry any other items, that I saw. You know like a Walmart would? As we were walking around, I did notice the prices were some what on the higher side. But the store was so beautiful. Plus SO BIG.

This is the parking garage Up stairs.

This is the parking inside garage.

Okay this is Don and Meg. We were eating those White hot dogs plus corn plus. It was so good to taste them again. Rochester, New York is known for the White Hot Dog. They might be other places, but this was what we knew about them.
Folks I have been having so much fun spending time with them. As my time is winding down. I really an becoming sadder. Like I have told you before, we go back over 50 years as friends. I know we have had some trouble trying to get this to happen, but I am so happy we made it happen.
I will have a chance today to have lunch with a couple of his follow workers. We are going to Costco for lunch. Now this Costco here has Italian sausage sandwich plus onions and peppers on top. I sure am looking forward in eating something like that. Might take some pictures too?

Another wonderful day seeing this beautiful country of ours.

This is the Virginia and Space Center. Well we all piled in my little car.
Forgot you have not sen this one yet?

Okay no the road again. We drove to Virgin and had a ball. While there was looking at all the beautiful landscape and just enjoying the time to share and enjoy each other company.
Well this place was about 50 minutes away. So our time was listening to the GPS and Don letting me know which way here and there. Some time the young lady on the GPS was very slow and if you read about her before on this blog, I really think she doesn't like me. But that is okay.
Got there boy what a huge place. Planes every where and really well done. Each pane or what ever you were looking at, had a sign in front of it or just around the area itself. Some time it was hard to find the plane or what we were looking for. But over all really a trip worth going.
It is free to get into the museum, BUT $15.00 to park. Wow that doesn't sound FREE?
Near the end of the day, mean while there walking around about 6 hours. I started to feel light headed and just needed to sit down. So I left them and walked over to McDoanld's, that was in the place.

The prices were a lot higher here than the one I go to each morning. #1 $8.99. Which is only a Big Mac and fries and drink. I just got a ice cream. Which was only $1.29. But while seating around, I really started to feel much better. Yesterday morning I woke up feeling a sore throat and just not feeling well at well. Meg gave me a small pill and it seamed to work great. While driving and all we did, didn't feel sleeping at all.
Okay feeling better and on our way back home. But we needed to stop and get some food. So Don put in the GPS, Seafood restaurant. Got to one place, really was a gas station style. Then found this other place. I am not sure why I didn't take any pictures there? But the place was a cafeteria style. What we ordered was Crab Cakes and scallops. It turned out to be really tasty and just enjoy the lay out. You stand in line to order your food and wait on them to call your number. The price was a little on the high side. But at the end I felt great and we were all full. Ready to get back home. After we got there, I went to bed and feel much better this morning.
Today is church and what ever else, not sure what that will be?

Jeanne saw this place and had to stop.

This restaurant in on Rt. 60 heading from 95 to downtown Vero Beach. Autumn's Crab .  Walked in and sat down. Really kind of quiet for b...
