It really is surprising how much iron is in the well here.

Not quite a month ago I did the same thing. Pulled the filter out and cleaned it out.

It really is neat to see how this eats away the iron and junk that is picked up from the well.

I guess this is something I need to do each month. Hey the water pressure is back up and I guess it is worth the time to do it.

While Roy (in Massachusetts) is gone, I got a couple of calls  on thing needed to get done. Brenda asked if I could move a bed and frame for her? Take it to her daughter's new place. Sure I just need a little help getting it on the truck an off again.

Then Miss Wells asked if I could cut this small area of grass, we put this in about a month or so. It is growing good, but the guy that cuts her lawn, told her, he didn't want to run the large mower over it yet. So I came out with my small weed eater and it is looking good.

Okay I believe my house has been sold. Last week I had a brother and sister stop by and checked it out. We came up with a figure that works for both of us. So prayerfully in a couple of  weeks  we will close on it. So I need to clean out the shed. Jimmy (neighbor) came over and helped me cut up the lumber and just get rite of some stuff. The pressure washer doesn't work. So I called Gordon and he is a scarp guy. He took it.
Okay just have some more stuff to move out when we close.
I am so blessed to had a wonderful home to live in, when I came up this way. Now it the time to sell and see what is next in our lives.
Please make sure to Praise HIM this day.

Okay I have been told, some people CAN NOT READ THESES REPORTS??

I got a call form Nassau, Bahamas, from Aaron. He has been the one that is keeping the vehicles and equipment up and running at the Adventure Learning Centre.
Back in 2007. I do remember a oil leak on the John Deere 410 B tractor. By the picture below it is the same leak. I think the pressure built up and blew the side of the canister out. That means there is a blockage in the lines some where.
So I went on line to find the parts that are needed.

Okay I can read these pages. How about you???

See the crack on the side of the canister? It is going to cost a pretty penny, plus.
This tractor is the one that built the Adventure Learning Centre back in the 90's
So this is very much needed to keep running. Today or tomorrow I will stop by the John Deere dealer and talk with the mechanic there. To see what he thinking is the problem.

Folks our time on this earth is very short. The reason I bring this up, COVID-19 has taken many of our family and friends lives. All I ask is that, it something was to happen to you, would you know where you will end up at? Heaven Or HELL?
Please if you are not sure, all you need to do is Ask Our Lord Jesus Christ to be your SAVOR.
Read in the Book of John. Charter #3. This it a start of knowing your Lord and Savor.
If you have any questions on this, please feel free to contact me at

May your day be blessed as I know mine is everyday. Praise HIM.

We took a drive south on Wednesday.

I had a dentist appointment at 10 am. So Jeanne and I drove down to Fort Lauderdale. It was a beautiful morning. Got there and I got my crown put on and she got her nails done, while I was in dentist office. It really worked out great. She has been waiting to get them done for a while now. So right next to my dentist office there is a nail salon.
After that we drove a little father south to 595 expressway. I was telling her about one of my favor hamburger joints, Char Hut.
It is funny, almost every time I would fly back to Fort Lauderdale, I always stopped there for a nice meal.

The sad part is I don't remember the cost like this before. Oh that is right, I have always been by myself.
The real neat ting is she really did enjoyed it. Folks when your woman is happy, that makes you happy too.
it still cost a bunch of money!! LUNCH

So driving back north, I asked her to take a few pictures of the city. Plus we were talking about what we can do next.

I asked her if she has been ever downtown? She has but many years ago.So I pulled off of 95 north, took Broward Boulevard east. heading for downtown.
Drove down Las Olas and took our time looking around at the different shops and restaurants and just looking. I promised her the next time we would take the Water Taxi, around the water front.
All the years I lived down there, I never took it. But looking on line now, the cost is not bad at all. $23. all day long.

This is driving north on A1A.

Got back to US 1 and started heading home. The weather all day was beautiful and wonderful, did see rain coming from the west earlier.
Got on 95 north and is stared raining just north of West Palm Beach area.

This was our view most of the way home. But got there and just chilled a little while and Jeanne worked on the rest of the school work she needed to get done for today.
Folks it really is neat to get out an enjoy time away for home. But it is really nice to get back to home too.
Our Lord protected us and we look forward in out next trip.

At Westwood Prep High School.

Yesterday was Westwood's drive thru 2020 Graduation.

Hey this started at 12:45 and finished up at
3 pm. It really was nice to see the students dressed in their cap and gown. Then you see the cars have signs and balloons and decorations. GREAT JOB, WELL DONE.
It was a beautiful site to see how the students were having some fun too.
The rain didn't dampen the parade at all. Not sure, but think there was over 300 grads.
CONGRATULATIONS 2020

Yes it it is Memorial Day.

Well back in Sept. I bought this smoker for Jeanne's birthday. We really been talking about making something with it. But it never happen. So she had some pork ribs in the freezer. Pulled them out on Friday. So as we got up yesterday, she rubbed them down with her mixture.
Started a fire in the right canister.

They sure started looking good.

She took them out of the tin foil and let them cook again. She said this is to cook off the some of the juices.

After all of her work, we had our selves a great Memorial dinner.
I really hope and pray your day was relaxing and joyful.
The sad part for yesterday was, thinking of all of the parades that didn't happen. I know a couple of my old guys use to be so proud to walk in them.
Plus back when I was in Cub Scouts/Boy Scouts. I use to walk in them too.
Plus this week-end use to be the start of our summers up north.
Saturday my dad and mom would go shopping and get the back yard all cleaned up and get ready for a family reunion. That would happen on Sunday (all day)
Then Memorial Day we would all go downtown, Webster and watch the parade with my some of my family.
Folks life has not stopped, we just need to remember all our Veterans have done for us and realize FREEDOM COSTS.

Our Sunday was beautiful. How about yours?

Well first time back to church since all this COVID-19 alert started. We have been watching on the internet. So good to see folks come out and enjoy a great message about SETBACKS.
Hey I think each and everyone of us have been SETBACK, during all that is going on.
Nehemiah (book in the Bible) had a few setbacks. He found out that his people were living without protection around the City of Jerusalem. So after hearing that, he prayed and asked God what can he do?
Well if you read on, you will see all the setbacks, pus all the blessings he and his people received.
This was one of the books I read while living in the Bahamas, thinking how can I help rebuild the Adventure Learning Centre?
If you have time, read the Book of Nehemiah

Jeanne and I took a nice drive up north to get some breakfast. Stopped in at the Brooklyn Bagel in Vero Beach.

She asked if we could go up the Sebastian? (10 miles) Sure can.  Today was our day to get out and enjoy our lives, Sunday a day of rest.
Not sure of the name of this park, but it was a neat place to stop off on US 1 in Sebastian, Florida.
Jeanne found out, the man that made all of this, Charlie Sembler.

Look at the folks out on the sand bar.

People were being good about social distancing.
The water look rough but still beautiful.
Just enjoyed the drive and my company.

I look outside from under the carport, raining.
Not a good day down here to go to the beach or even out in a boat.
Oh well, staying home and chillin.
I hope you have a wonderful day and be safe. `

Jeanne saw this place and had to stop.

This restaurant in on Rt. 60 heading from 95 to downtown Vero Beach. Autumn's Crab .  Walked in and sat down. Really kind of quiet for b...
