Friday we had a nice little job, at first????

Repaint 18 shutters.

See this pin. Well last week I went down to Home Depot to buy all new pins for the shutters. I got there an Mike, showed me the correct color and let me know they are $.97 each.($104.for 120 pins) Thinking well I better get them before we start taking the old ones out. The reason is they are only mad of plastic and I have done other repaint jobs on shutters just like theses. Well I ordered the pins and paid for them. O got back to Jean's house. the one asking us to do the job. I told her how much the pins were. She asked why are we buying them. I told her about how they break off. She told me that she really don't have that kinda of money to spend on pins.
Okay I called Vero Beach Mobile Supplies. Mark, there told me that he ha about 30 or so and they are only $.25 each.
I went to back to Home Depot and canceled the order. Thinking we will be very gentle on taking the old pins out.

Wow what a BIG difference in color.
Hey we only broke 5 pins and repainted the other ones.
She was very happy to see how nice an how she didn't need to buy all those pins.

All is well and got a phone call form Anne.(lives in the park too)  She asked if we could come over and see if there is something dead under her house? No problem be there is a couple of minutes.

Got there and took off the shirting and wow, there was a smell, alright.

Boy it stuck and it was going to be tight. I got the flashlight and started crawling under the house.
I saw a big ditch going along the ground. Trying to make some noise. Just don't want to meet anything else under there. I got to the middle of the house, the smell was really getting worse.
I flashed the light down in the ditch and found a dead, BIG OLD DEAD POSSUM.
There was a mountain of maggots on him or her.
Anne had a rake and Roy got it for me and I grabbed it an picked it up an put near the where I came in.Then Roy got me some toilet cleaner, Anne, didn't have any bleach.
I poured the toilet cleaner in the whole where her or she was laying.
I crawled out and pick it up and put it into a lager garbge bag. Meanwhile Anne went to her neighbors and got some bleach. Poured the bleach on the dead possum and sealed the bag up.
All is well again.
Did notice there are a gab in the shirting in the back yard. Will fix that next week.
What a great week of work.
HE PROVIDES EVERY TIME.

SORRY FOR THE PICTURE,

It really neat to watch our new school being built right here on the same property that the old school is standing.

This was the first part of putting up the walls (Oct. 29th) at our NEW WESTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL. Our Principal, Mr. Alfonso tells us that all of...
