Okay it is Thursday morning. Now thinking I need to take a ride. the reason is I feel my knees getting a lot more stiffer everyday I don't. You know you can feel the joints not moving as smooth as they do after a good ride.
Riding down on US 1 and seeing this store. Maybe this is the way to go? Electric bike? No then for sure my old body will become that old body even faster.
This is Fort Lauderdale Beach. Just north of Sunrise Blvd. If you look you can see this place as very few people. The Snow Birds are GONE !!!!!!
This is the road work along A1A. The last time I came down this way I told myself, don't come this way next? The reason is. You can see how narrow the road way is. But look, they still have a bike trail for us folks. But it is still tight.
It really is neat is how I pray before I get going on the road, Then I really feel a lot more secure, He has my back.
Another great ride and I feel really pretty good. But time is not on my side. No nap today. I got to get going to work.
The night when by really fast, last night. No main problems. But today is getting everything ready for Mother's Day,That right kids it is Mommy's day this Sunday. So please do something really nice for them. You know dinner on YOU.
Maybe even clean the house for her. I know if mine was still here I would spend time with her and let her know how much she is LOVED.
