We did this about a month or so, ago.

Just cleaning up the back yard at Jeanne's home. 

Hey we are going to build a shed behind the old one. It is a lot of work. We rented a tiller for two days. Roots are every where, back there. But prayerfully in the next month or so, we can start digging and putting in the foundation. 

Building a 18 foot by 18 foot. 

Still looking pretty good. 

There are so many roots to clean out. 

By God's grace we will get it done during the summer time. 

Folks I look out today and just wonder His beauty in the sky and surroundings. 

I am BLESSED, I pray you are too. 

Roy and I had did this job about a month ago.

Sometimes you need a pressure washer. It really had some mildew and just heavy dirt on all of her things outside. But at the end we made a buck or two and she is happy again. 

Folks there are so many thing we can do around our homes now. Just get out an try to fix that or wash this. 

I thank the Lord each day for the jobs we get and the funds too. 

Beautiful day to set on the ocean and see what happens.

Well we got up early and took a ride to to see how rough it was out there. As we started out. Jeanne looked around and told me, maybe not today. Just go back into to shore and fish along the mangroves. No problem here. 

She kept on getting catfish.. Then she got herself a small Snook. Not one to keep. 

It was a great day to get out and enjoy the sun and all that was out there. 

Hey I only got one catfish, all day long. But it was just so relaxing and gorgeous day. 

It was worth the trip and very much needed on her side. She has been working her tail off for school. It seams like she has more to do than it was before this Coronavirus as happen. 

She gets up early and go to bed around 11 pm or later. 

Oh well she still has a job to do and she is doing it a 110%

Plus she loves her kids very much. 

Hey I am very much loved and enjoying being with her.

My little girl Jeanne, found this on the side of the road. Thinking what is she going to do with this? 

We peeled the top coating off and the wood under was not to bad. Just needed some sanding and a coat of stain. 

We have this next to the refrigerator and it is prefect. I can make coffee and what ever we need to pull something out of there. Is a place to put it for the short time.

I really hope and pray you all are doing well. 

I have been very blessed during this time. Like today I have a toilet to put in. Plus need to look at a couple of other jobs, folks are asking about. 

Just keep hanging in there and He is right along side of you. 

Now the work room is full of stuff again. BUT GOOD STUFF

Nothing more to say, but looking good.

Okay now replacing the water heater.

Going to tackle another BIG job. That is correct, putting in a new water heater. 

NO TANK style. 

If you look you can see a black wire on the left hand side of the picture. Well that is 240 volts (60 amps), it was a dryer hook up.Then on the right hand side is another silver tube, that is 240 volts (60 amps) too for the old water heater.  Really need 80 amps to run this new unit. I put in a two /40 amp 

circuit breaker. 

Okay I was not sure how much electric I would need. 

So I tried using the old water heater 240 volts, with the 80 amp circuit breaker in it, Then notice there are two (2) heating elements in the new unit. So I put in three (3) jumper wires to hook up both elements. 

Now you can see why i needed to change out the old one. 

Okay it worked, but it was taking more time than we thought it would to get hot water. 

So I put in another 80 am circuit breaker in n the old dryer line. Ran it over to the new heater. Turned it on . It seams to work a little better. 

So now I need to junction box. All set now lets us see what happens. 

I know the line coming down it not level. This turned out to be a pain, kept trying to line it it up the correct way. But it is finished and she is okay with that. 

It really does safe on space and it works great. It seams to take a little time to get to the faucets but it is hot and clear water coming out now. 

Okay so what projects have you been putting off????

This cost $625.00 for all hook up an the unit. 

Tomorrow I will show you how the pump house looks now.

Redid Jeanne' water system.

You see the tank the pump it on. Jeanne had a plumber come in and put in a new water tank. he just left the pump on the old one and installed the new tank to the side on the room. 

It am really surprises how lazy people can be and don't take pride in their work. 

This is the old filter system. It always was dirty. 

The two pipe sticking out are from a water softener. Which Jeanne and her hubby never used.

This pipe is where her water one comes in for the pump.

So I just started cutting the old pipe out an this is what I ended up with. Now I can put it back together the correct way. 

I think it looks great now. 

Okay the water comes in on top the new water tank. Then it goes to the water filter on the wall. The is a whole house water filter. Cost around $35.00 every three months. 

Then it goes in the charcoal filter (gray 3+foot filter on the floor) This has a system build in it to flush out every 1000 gallons of well water. That is what i set it for. The reason is the water from the well was pretty nasty. 

The water in the small pail is before new system. 

Jeanne is very happy and I am too. I think the water will be good enough. 

I sent out a water sample to Home Depot labs. 

I know they will try to sell her something else but I hope to see a improvement. 

I really have been to be able to do this this and look forward in doing more around here.

There are a couple of signs on the front door of this place. Please wear a face mask. 

So I always have my bandana and Jeanne made up a mask for herself. She has been wearing it every time she goes back to the school to get some other work done there. 

So here we are, her's looks pretty good. I look like a idiot. 

But I am obeying the rules. 

You can see pretty much everyone is doing there ting. 

Now this place is for folks that make less than $19,000. a year Which that would be me. 

These prices you see are correct too. 

It is a place to buy things that are getting close to to the expiring date. 

I found out about this place about a year after I moved up here. 

There are four stores, two up in Vero Beach. Then one down the road for my place.This one is around the corner of Jeanne's home. This use to be a Winn -Dixie Store many years ago. 

We are so blessed and just enjoy walking around to see what we DON"T need.
