Getting ready to start school again.

Okay Jeanne and I have been trying to get the kitchen cleaned up. If you look back a month or so. I was pressure washing all the medal racks.
Now re cleaning everything that is in the kitchen.

Her class room is all set up. She as numbered each desk and assign student to each desk

It is finished. There are many more things to clean But she is now ready to her classes.
But they will not be in there until she believes they will be ready
Folks the time I am writing this. We are in our third day of school.
Chef Gray (Jeanne) as been really trying to get the students up and running The first day the inter net went down at the Saint Luice School System, I am not sure why? But bu Tuesday it was up and running again.
I am not aloud to come in during the school hours to help The reason is volunteers have not been approved to come in yet.
So I come in after the teachers go home, to help her out
Like today I will be there around 3:30pm We work until 9pm.
Prayerfully all is going to work out and praise Him for our time to make the kitchen nice and clean.

Having some plumbing problems

This pee trap is all clogged up So trying to take it apart and found out the guy that put it together, glued it. So I got out the channel locks out and kept pulling on the threads and they broke free. No damage at all. Just going to replace the trap afterwards anyway.

Not sure but I think it is oat meal or something like that I know it is oat meal. We had that a coupe of morning ago for breakfast.

I did go to Home Depot and bought a couple items. One a new pee trap and a device to hook up to a garden hose and flush out the pipe Which I did and it still had more stuff in it So I did it a couple of times

The trap I bought was a clear one, this way I can see what is in it. The sad part the drain is still not running all the way out I looked at the pipe in the wall and there is 90 deg pipe it is going into. Pretty poor plumbing work I think?
Oh well the water s not sitting in the sink, so it will be okay for now
Hey folks over all Jeanne and I have been very busy working at the school, trying to get ready for Monday morning Aug 24th. Opening day there. I will share some pictures this next week.
I just know all will be okay and at the end He will be praised.

As Jeanne and I were pulling out of the bait store, spring broke on one of the axle.

So when the springs broke on the old trailer, we were in need of a new one. The cost to fit the old one was about $2,000. We noticed there was more damaged on it after, Meltria (trailer dealer) looked at it. So we started shopping for a new one. Pretty much everyone was saying it would take 10 weeks before we could get a new one.

As we were looking at different kinds of trailers. So we stopped by this place,
Offshore Performance Marine Shop. This dealer, Amera Trail, could make it in four weeks. Plus it is the Cadillac of trailers.
So we picked up the new trailer on Friday(Aug. 14th) afternoon and went out the next day.
This really is a nice trailer and very well built.

If you look in the centre of the picture you can see this huge sea turtle. I don't think I have ever seen one this big.

We did catch some different kinds of fish. But my baby got a small shark. Boy he of she had many teeth.
As our day went by, it was very relaxing and enjoyable too.
Jeanne brought the boat into the marina, I went and got the trailer and she drove right up and we hooked up and all went well. This really is a beautiful ting.
The real nice thing is it is all aluminum. The only parts that are made out of galvanized. That is the axle. Which aluminum could not handle the weight. So we are very blessed to know this will last for many years ahead of us.
I hope and pray all is well with you.
Hey this next week school starts here in St Luice County. So Jeanne and I have been trying to get ready. It has been a up hill battle  since they have not approved volunteers to help out. So I have not been there as much as we needed.
Remember WHO in IN CONTROL???
Yes OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. Praise HIM

We had our new home inspection for the insurance.

The door an the window don't have the shutters. So I went out and looked for shutters. I went to Home Depot and found out they carry them, but the prices are a lot more than I thought they would cost. Started out $26.96 for 44" long and 15" wide.
I need 40 x 15 x 6 pcs. Those are for the door.
84" x 15" x 5pcs. window

So I went to Habitat for Humanity, Restore, (Vero Beach) They had them, but like I would have to cut them too. They are charging $3.00 pre. foot.
I called Habitat in Fort Pierce and found out they have shutters too, BUT $2.00 pre foot. Okay I drove back here and bought them there. I spent around $160.00.
Home Depot would have cost around $400.00 +

Okay we are set now.
Just found out these are good, BUT now we NEED A FRONT DOOR.
Hey , I am soooooo BLESSED. Praise HIM.

A customer, Cindy, called and asked if we could come over and look at something?

Just before the hurricane was coming this way, she called a hurricane shutter company and asked for shutters. I am not sure who it was, but she did say she called many of them. Only one came out and she asked how much ($2500.00) and had them put them up. I think this was just a couple of days before the storm was coming our way.
They came out and measured and brought the shutters out to the house. They found out they measured wrong. So they had to re cut them so they would fit properly.

As Roy and I got there, we saw that the screws were coming thru the window frame. WHY ????

Not sure what size theses are?? But way to long. We talked about buying new screws (shorter ones) But Roy said maybe that will stop the warranty. So Roy and I went to Butterfield's and bought some molding. We cut it to size and nailed it over the screw tips. A couple of them I needed to pull out and cut the tip off.
But at the end she was happy and we made a few bucks too.
It just doesn't make since that they didn't even come in to check out their work. Cindy didn't notice the screw tips until she pulled back her binds, which was a week or so afterwards.
I told her to call them back and have them repair it. That way she would not have to pay us to fit it. But she asked if we could do it anyway?
Like I said hey she is happy and we are too.

Getting ready for 2020-2021, school year.

Got here Wednesday, early and started cleaning out the pantry Had to pulling everything out and sweep the floor of all the cock roaches droppings and even found a mouse in a glue trap. Really was disgusting. .
This is Thursday. Since Jeanne has been here at Westwood High School. We have talked about doing a real good cleaning job on the Kitchen and pantry. So Wednesday we started cleaning the racks that hold the food and items needed in there. We got this pressure washer from the maintenance guy (Mike) he is letting us use their's 4000 PSI. These racks were full of grease and roach droppings, plus other bugs. So my baby is giving them a bath. Plus had to get ready to make breakfast for 20 new teaches for Friday. Left here around 6 pm. That is when the security code goes into lock down.

I had a opportunity to help out my cousin.

It has been a while since I have trimmed and cleaned out her gutters too.  Oh, the reason I am here now is because Jeanne and her sisters pl...
