I am sadden to say that our Screen Room in back ,has some bad leaks.

It is kind a hard to see, but this room is getting flooded. I think there are two main seams that are leaking BADLY. 

This is the worst seam. 

Okay I really have tried to stop leaks before on roofs, for others, some times it works and other times NOT. 

Okay I went to Home depot and bought two gallons of Wet and Dry Sealer (tar) I used a piece of lumber 3' x 7' x 1/4' (thick) to scoop it out and spread it on the seams. Hey like I said I have done this a couple of times on others roofs, using a putty knife or something like that. I use to get tar all over my hands and arms, trying to get the tar out of the can. Then I had some screen mesh I have used before on other roofs. After putting one coat down along the seam. I cut a piece of mesh and laid it on top of the tar. Then put another coat of tar over that. 

Folks I know I am not a roofer, I don't want to be one either. But sometimes you have to give it a shot. 

Hey about two months ago. We had two guys come out and replace some shingles on the main roof. I asked if they could seal in the screen room too. I know Cain ran some tar on one of the seams. But it was not the one that leaks so bad. So now we will see what happens during our next rain storm.  

Okay folks today is OCTOBER 31st 2020. 

Crazy is it NOT. Next Tuesday is election day. Please if you have not voted, YET, PLEASE DO SO.

Jeanne has had a crack windshield for a little while now.

I guess it is hard to see the crack going across the whole windshield? 

This is Brandon from Safelite Windshield company. Out of Port Saint Lucie area. 

Here he is cutting the seal around the windshield itself. He was telling me some stories about how this sometimes doesn't work out this easy.

Well it all came out with no troubles, I could see? 

He ran a bead of sealer around the whole windshield. Saying this is working out great. 

He hooked up the arm to put the windshield in with. It went smooth. 

Over all he was here for about hour and half. It looks great. 

But for this, not to good. He is coming back this morning to repair it. 

Hopefully he does and all will be good. As I was driving to take Jeanne to work, I noticed the wiper blades were smooth and no noise at all. Brandon replaced the arms and blades. it did cost us $42.00+

Very nice.

Okay folks the time is winding down. Election Tuesday is around the corner.

SAD BUT TRUE, BIDON AND HARRIS WANT TO MAKE OUR AMERCIA SOCIALIST.

It is so nice to have a hang out.

I am not sure when? But lets say we have been coming here for the last six Wednesday nights. We have been meeting another couple here since then. But last night they had something else to do. Or maybe they have started the Keto Diet, again? 

Which means no bread or fries. I would stay away too, if I wanted to do that diet???? 

This evening the crowds are not here. There is usually a line sitting here to get in? 

Maybe we are later than normal? We didn't get here until 6:30pm or so?  

I can tell you this, we really do enjoy their food and the prices are great too. 

I always get the 1/2 pound hamburger and Swiss cheese. Plus a baked potato with butter and sour cream. Sometimes, order a side of Texas Fries too. Jeanne has the same hamburger but she like a salad. But at the end it cost us around $26.00 for all of this food and I usually take half my hamburger and some fries home for the next day. Like right now I am thinking of getting and having it for my breakfast. . 

If you want a nice 1/2 # hamburger and side. $5.50 HOW CAN YOU PASS IT UP???? 

Folks my prayer for this election is that we are voting for OUR President Donald TRUMP. 

 

I just love seeing these prices going down.

Just a beautiful evening.

On the way back from having dinner with Jake (Jeanne's son) and his family. We saw this fantastic sun set happening. 

Folks I know we are all thinking about what is going on around us each day. But we need to just enjoy a nice ride and look up and see what GOD has made for you.

 I know myself I don't do enough looking up.  

All I can say is that HE HAS OUR FUTURE. 

So please take a moment to thank HIM

 

We have been blessed by The Crossing Church.

Right after we closed on the new house, Jeanne asked Pastor Craig if we could us one of the churches trailers? Sure can, take the one that has the New Jersey plate on it. Sure enough we went to the back of the church and found a nice looking trailer, with New Jersey plate on it. Hooked it up and drove back home. After getting home I relies, the ball was not the correct one.  By His Grace we did make it home before the trailer came off. I went down to Home Depot and bought the 1 7/8"  trailer ball. 

All is well now. Not sure how many loads I did, but I know this was sure easier than using the truck.

Not sure but I think this was our first load. But at the end we moved over here. Freezer, two (2) refrigerators, dressers, couch and many more stuff. Racks and even our CHRISTMAS TREE. 

That was our last load with the trailer. 

I guess a fuse burned out on the second rum of lights? Plus the picture didn't come out as nice as real life shot. 

I knew the ramp needed a little repair before I took it back. So after I pulled in the church parking lot. I got out my tools and did a small repair. 

This corner, the screen broke out of it's weld. So I drilled a couple of holes and put in two screws and washers. All is good now. 

Afterwards I notice the screw came through, got the Saw Zaw out and cut them off. 

Yesterday (Sunday) We gave a set of keys and a lock for the trailer to lock it up when they want to. 

Folks I just know how neat Our Lord is, He provides our needs each and everyday. 

So I really hope and pray you had a chance this week-end to reflex and thank HIM. 

I know we do each and everyday we have breath.

Pressure washing the driveway. Never thought it would take so LONGGGGGG.

 Hey I was thinking maybe two days to pressure wash the driveway? 

Well it has been four days and still not done. The problem is the water settles in the lower parts of the driveway. So as I clean the area out. The dirt water stays there and really doesn't look like I cleaned it. 

Oh well it is only a driveway. I worked on it yesterday Saturday morning and the water is still sitting there. 

Hey Jeanne and I went to the voting poll on Friday. Have you had taking the time to go VOTE?? 

Well folks all I know is that Our Lord is in control. BUT He uses us. We need to do our part. 

At the end we see our fruit. 

PLEASE GO VOTE, OUR PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP IS DEPENDING ON US.  

It is so nice to wake up and look outside the front window and see our American Flag and Trump Flag, flying high.

While back, six months ago. As we were living at 2709 South 27th Street. I ordered a flag pole plus. on line. It came and I put it up right away. Dug a hole in the front lawn and put the pipe in the ground. Poured cement in the hole. All set.

 But now as we have moved to Sunrise Blvd. I needed to bring it over here. 

I dug another hole and poured cement into the hole again. 

Now have to wait a day or two. To make sure the cement is dry. 

Good and solid.  

Now I did take one pole out. The reason is the palm trees around the flag pole are very tall and you really would not see the flag flying in between them. 

I am very proud of our flag and what it represents. 

OUR FREEDOM. 

Folks we have a BIG ELECTION COMING UP ON NOV. 3RD. 

Jeanne and I voted last night.

Our nation is in Our Lord's Hands and I pray that Our President. Donald J. Trump is reelected. 

 

I believe to two (2) rooms are all set.

This is our Dinning Room and I know it is not all done. Jeanne has many items she wants to put out too. But it looks great, to me. 

I think this Living Room is some what done. 

Over all I am very happy to see how things are coming together. 

There is much more to do, but it is looking clean and not so cruder.

Hey last night we did have a visitor in the driveway. The only reason is Jeanne's car was messed with. The center console was open and her brown wallet is missing. There was only a couple of dollars in there. Plus they went through the compartments in the doors. But now, as we live on a main street, we will need to be more cautious. Maybe put up some motion lights and cameras. 

Folks it really is a sad day, when you know someone has gone through your stuff and can't do anything about it. 

I do know for a FACT, Our Lord protected us. I noticed my truck was unlock and nothing was touched in there. 

Our Lives are HIS. 

But please make sure we do our best to try to protect your stuff.

What could have happen could been worse.

Okay we went to Sam's Club to buy food for Jeanne's breakfast club at school.

Walking by the TV department at Sam's. Just checking out prices, not buying anything YET???? 

I went on Amazon (phone) and found that there are no lower prices than here. 

There was a couple there looking at the same TV. He asked me if the 7 series is the same as the 7000 series? Not sure? But as he was talking about it, it sounds like this is a great price and the TV is what we need in the living room. 

YES we bought it. 

I guess you really can't see here what I am trying to show you. 

Well I got out my stud finder. Had to run down to Walgreens for 9 volt batteries. 

Then put the new ones in and still didn't work. I moved it all around the wall trying to find the studs. Then I got a red light saying STUD. Oh boy it works. I found the two studs I need to mount the TV on. 

I got the one bolt in. Looking great. Then got the other bolt in on the left hand side. Dropped down to the bottom of the bracket, on the right hand side. No Stud. Okay what is going on. I went to the left hand side and the stud was there. Okay this doesn't make any sense? 

Okay got the drill out and used a very small drill bit. I hit DRY WALL. No stud at all. Why??? 

Okay I got out my drywall anchors and screws. 

Put the anchor in and even put a couple more to make sure the bracket stays up. I didn't have any small washers so I use the wing nuts that we use on hurricane shutters. 

I put up the rest of the bracket and hung on it to see if it will hold up 43 pounds of a TV. 

It does and all should be good. 

I think it looks great and my baby thinks the same. The picture looks like 3D. It is so exciting to see such a wonderful picture. It really does look 3D to us.

Folks life is very short and sometimes you question should we do this or that?

I am very blessed, moving forward.

I started cutting the boards. Noticed the burn marks on the boards. Okay what is wrong?? 

Maybe I cut it to fast? Okay maybe I need a new blade.  

Okay I found the problem, the blade was replaced before and who did it put it on backwards. 

All is great now. 

I am very happy how great this came out. 

My young lady Jeanne, loves how nice it came out. 

Hey to me life is great. 

By God's grace and love our dinning room is complete. 

Time to move some things into it. 

 

This is SO WRONG, how can a teacher's union publicize THIS???? AFT, AMERICAN FEDERATION OF TEACHERS. (UNION)

This is all garbage. 

THE ONLY REASON I AM PUTTING THIS OUT IS, TO SHOW HOW SCREWED UP OUR TEACHERS AND KIDS ARE LISTENING TO THIS GARABGE.
