A Quiet Prayer. I received this from a old friend, Walter. Thank you sir.

There is nothing better than older people praying for you.
We're not getting older, just getting closer to home!
The instructions are to pick four people you want God to
bless. I picked you. Please pass this to at least four
people you want to pray for and include me. This prayer is
powerful, and prayer is one of the best gifts we receive.
There is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let's always pray
for one another.

Thank You for giving us friends and family to share joys and

Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence.

I think this is Thursday the 15th

Tim and I had a chance to run over to this farm on the west side of the island. I gentleman named Tim use to work at this farm out here. As he was like the over seer, or something like that. He told us on Thursday to come on out and pickup the left overs. So as the years have been going by, Tim Ryan has been the man to drive out there and pick up veggies that are not up to standards for the hotels that buy them. So I guess each Thursday afternoon Tim drives from the All Saints Camp to this farm and then bring what ever is there back to the All Saints and even to ALC. So that is why there are all these cucumbers in the back of my old truck. Dropped them off at the ALC. This way they have fresh veggies for the staff and animals there. That sure is plenty. 

It sure is neat to see all the new babies that are at the ALC. I always love seeing them and just so cute. 

While I was still here, Eric (Program guy) bought these guys back then. They have really gotten a lot bigger since the last time I was in town. 

I was so blessed to call this ministry my home back then. But as time keeps on going, I guess visiting is now the plan. We will see what He has planned out. Maybe one day? 

I sure have been very blessed and I pray that every person that ever comes through the ALC is blessed as much as I have been. 

Not sure what day this is? I think Tuesday the 13th.

This is driving down the road Billy lives on. It really is funny to just see sheep and goats walking down the road. But it a nice treat. 

This is the last Tuesday for me to do any work at the ALC. So as for the last couple of times I have been there. I kept seeing this pool. Now I am not sure what the numbers are, I heard 80+ people have the Zeke sickness. It is from standing water. So as a team we took this swimming pool like away. There was frogs and all kinds of junk in the bottom. Plus a large red ant hill along side of it too. Jessie found that out the hard way. But he is okay. He was not bit by them. Just kinda of scared him on his leg. 

As I was walking around the maintenance trailer I saw these two beautiful pieces of work. The picture doesn't not show the three D. Kevin made these up for the Summer Camp at the ALC. They were done well. It is foam and they used them for arrow shooting. You know having the children learn how to shoot a bow and arrow? 

If you look back this is the day we all went to Carl's Jr fast food place. 5 deals for $5.00 buck. 

Like I said, I know these are not in order any more. But just bear with me. 

As I am writing this today, it is Tuesday the 20th. I am back home and taking down my shutters and have a couple of problems here too. 

This is just driving along checking out Cable Beach area.

These are some pictures of the new hotel and area. They call it Bahama Mar. The sad part is they have run into some money problems and it doesn't sound like they are going to open for a while. 

But is sure is a beautiful landscape and building. 

Well I am only a week behind. This is Sunday Sept 11th.

This is our Sunday School. As you look around there are many that are hungry and whiling to hear the Word of God. The teacher is Brian. He as many hats to wear during the week. He is a lawyer plus. I know he has a couple of titles. But as for Sunday he is a great teacher. They are going through the Book of ? As for today the 18th, I will go to Sunday School again and let you know what book? 

The Book is Obadiah. But on this Sunday he started something new. He was teaching on the Holy Spirit. Which was wonderful. How many times do we know the Word of God, but it is not always in in heart. Example. I teach it everyday, but am I living it? 

This is the Sunday service. They switched the times there, since I left. They have a 8 am and at 9:30 is Sunday school an then at 11 am is the last service. But during these two weeks I am here. They are only having the Sunday school and 11 service. This is the new Pastor. His name is Robert Elliot. I think is has been two or more years since he took over. As when I lived there in Nassau, Pastor Alan Lee was the man. As years go by and our health starts to fail us. Pastor Lee decided to step down and take care of all that is going on in his life. So Calvary Bible sent our word that they would like to hire a new senior pastor. Pastor Elliot is the Senior Pastor now. This Sunday he was teaching on James 1:19 to 25. Folks I love the Book Of James. It has so many things I am dealing with each day of my Christian life. This one area is about Listening and DOING. 

Then this last Sunday yesterday was on James 1:26-27. What is the right PURE Religion? 

To visit the fatherless and windows in their affliction. 

I believe Tim and Felicia are doing this well, at All Saints Camp. They are willing to feed them and build shelter (new dorms) for them too. Plus even a nice dinning hall, which can be used as a hurricane shelter too. I am very blessed to be able to come along side their ministry and work with them on anything that was needed. 

Well after the service, Kevin and I drove down town. We parked the truck and walked around a little. We ate at Burger King and just hung out. Had some quality time with him too. 

Afterwards we drove back to Tim's home.

I know the picture didn't come out that good. But ad least I have one. This is Billy and Tim watching the BIG GAME. That right it is the first Sunday with live FOOTBALL.We sat there and watched. Then every once and while we spoke of what is happening in Billy's live. His whole family was there. On Thursday night I had a chance to spend it with him and his family.

I guess I forgot to take a dinner picture. So these are some pictures I took while making our tacos. 

You can see and feel the love in this place. I am very blessed to call these folks my family too. Billy is the one that own my old truck. As i have had the chance to come back this way, he has been very gracious to let me use it. 

I know I took pictures and put them in the blog last week some time. 

Like I said before I know I have been jumping around on the days and things that have happen. But as today, Sunday, Monday I at 6 am or so with be at the airport ready to fly back to the BIG ISLAND. USA. 

After I get back there I still have other pictures to share with you too. 

On a couple of days, Tim and I worked on the water and sewer of the third dorm.

This is a women's Bible study going on at All Saints Camp. I was walking by and heard Felicia talking with the girls there. I looked over and said wow that is so neat to hear and see. As this camp has been here for many years. I know there is someone coming in here to teach the Word of God every once and while. But as I know Felicia, I believe she is doing it correctly. 

Please say a prayer or two for this place. There is many folks there, claiming to be Christian, but as I listen to some of them talking, it sure doesn't sound it. 

I could explain everything we did in those two days. But over all problem was the sewer was not done correctly. 

During the Summer time. There are many students that come over to the Bahamas to help out. The name of the group is called Next Step. They have been partnering up with All Saints Camp for many years now, (5?) . But the sad part is not everyone really knows how to do plumbing. So during the last part of the Summer, Tim and his family went back to the states to get a little time away. So while they were in the states, the students pretty much were doing all the work on their own. Tim explained to a couple of the leaders what he wanted, but like any time you ask people to do this, sometimes they were not listening or they have their own way of doing things. 

So that is why we redid pretty much all of it again. Pastor Bazil and his friend (sorry I don't remember his name) plus Tim really did most of the work. I was their runner. I would get the parts or tools and just hang out and help where I could. 

At the end of the day they tied it into the old system and it should be working correctly now. 

I have been very blessed to be part of these work projects. I really enjoy working along of Tim and who ever is up here to get the job done correctly. As I am writing about this on Sunday morning. My time winding down. I will be leaving here on Monday (19). 

I have been trying to keep one day ahead on this blogs and save them to put them in on the following day. If you have been looking at this for any time since I have been here, I have been hitting the button a couple of times and two or even three times the same story comes up. Sorry I think I have fixed it now? 

My prayer today is that everyone hears the Word of God listens and bring glory to HIM.

Taking a drive. going to South Beach.

This is driving along East Street going to South Beach, New Providence, Bahamas. There are three different gas stations on this island, Esso as this is one, Texaco with is now called Rubis and Shell. 

It is sad that they have to have signs to tell people about what they should not do. But it is funny too. 

All Police Stations are painted the same. 

I should have taken a picture of the high school, Kevin went to. It is along this road too. 

At the end of East Street is these small building. During the week-end they use them for the Bahamian people that live down here. They serve drinks and snacks. I am not sure if they open these any more, they look pretty run down? 

I was told while living here, this was going to be a hotel. But as the hurricanes come, I guess it was damaged some what during it building time. So if you look you can see that they did finished one of the rooms. Plus there is someone living in it. 

This is the famous South Beach. Not really. During the high tide this what it looks like. But at low tide.You can pretty much walk out about mile or so and the water will never go over your knees. You can not see it in these pictures, but while living here there are trees that live about 50 feet from the shore. It still is beautiful.
