Okay have a question for you all out there?

Looking at these two rims, which one is the wider one? Okay you answer correct. Now the one on the left is the one that was on our Solar bus. Now if you remember I have been having trouble with this tire now for about three months. The tire was to big for the rim. Okay so before they would wrap paper or plastic around the inside of this rim to make it seal. Remember a couple of weeks ago I showed you all this, how they seal a tire. Well yesterday I bought this rim. Then they started to put it together, I asked him how can this be? This rim is 10" my old rim is 9" okay so how will this work. The guy, (Paul I think) tells me just watch. So he started to blow it up, he had to use the other can of air, called the cheater. So you start filling the tire up with air and then put this cheater on the other side holding it against the rim on the back side. Then open the cheater up and the air rushes around the out side of the rim and seals it. It worked. Okay now the real problem. I have been blaming the guys that put the plastic around the inside of the rim, it is leaking. To find out it was not the problem. There was a patch that we put in the tire a while back. That was leaking, had to replace that. Then after he had the tire inflated, found another nail in the tire. Now that needed a plug. So at the end of all this, it was not the plastic that was leaking, it was two holes in the tire. Oh well, you learn and move on. That cost us $135.00, oh not really I only had $117.00. so he took that and say the next time.
