I am sad to say town nights ago, Scooby was having so much trouble breathing plus had this real bad cough. If you remember last week, I thought then I would have to do something. But my Lord gave me another week to enjoy his smiling face. Folks by looking at him you wouldn't think any thing is wrong. But I believe he has been suffer more and more each day. The coughing has gotten much worse. Last week I was giving him cough syrup. It was working great. But on Thursday night he kept coughing all night long. During Friday night it just was even worse. Folks I loved Scooby very much and would never do any thing to ever hurt him, but I just can not sit back and wait to see. So yesterday I took him for his last ride. We got to the Bahamas Humane Society and took our last walk together. They gave him a shot and he just fell asleep and then they gave him one more.
Scooby will always be in my heart. I did ask our Lord to take take the pain away or him. So I guess the pain is gone.
