That right, I broke down and went to my old place.

I usually go to Char Hut an least once every time I come to town. So I had to drop off a couple of items at the ship. So being only a about 5 miles away, I thought, why not. I got there and got the #1. The price has gone up again, This cost $9.13. Wow, I don't think I will be back for a many years. That was a good hamburg BUT I can spend that $9.13 and get a full size meal some where else. 

Okay really nothing has been going on for the last couple of days.I will be going to the Tri Rail, this morning and go to the rental place at the airport. I got a car for $7.39 a day. WOW.

 I will help a single mom move today. Then church tonight and will see what is next?

Just a day to chill

That right I am walking around. Just looking and watching people. So yesterday I had some time to kill. So I went this place called Festival Flee Market. I was looking for a phone case for my phone. So while walking around, I found one. But then walking by this piano I just had to stop and watch how it works. It was one that plays on it own. So looking at the wires and seeing how the music is made was really neat. Then I stopped into a Jewish Store. Just walked around and looking at stuff. Then went next store and saw Calvary Chapel's clothing store.That is pretty neat alone, to have a Jewish store next to a Christian store.  Okay wasted enough time now. I had a meeting with Dot and Jim for lunch. I got there and just sat and waited. While sitting there two guys came in and sat down. I looked and noticed one of them, Branden (?) another guy. He told me but forgot his name. Okay now is this crazy or what. I was talking with the one guy, say Bill. He was telling me that he was going to the Bahamas. I said really. That is so neat. What would he be doing? He really was not sure. He is a Patmos student. So I just told him I was from there. Then Pastor Jeorge came into the area. He was telling us it is time to pray. Then he asked me to pray for the two guys. I did and felt like this is God's way of letting me know, all is well at the ALC. These two guys are going over there for two months or more. They are willing to do what ever is needed to get the job done. That is the heart that is needed to be part of the ALC. I walked away saying thank you Lord for this time to just know You are in charge. 

Relaxing day

Okay folks, see I am relaxing. I went over to the park behinds Dennis's home. Watch a bunch of older guys playing baseball. It really was some fun to watch. While sitting there, a couple of the guys asked me if I wanted to play? I told them not today, but maybe next time? These guys are from 53 to 90 years old. It really did my heart good to see how they could run around the bases and just enjoy a good time. 

Then I laid back under tree that is in the back of Dennis's home. Just laid there and looked up and kept asking Him questions and just chilling. It really is starting to get a lot earlier to just chill. 

Then got on the bike and went around 8 miles just enjoying the time. I stopped by a old friends' shop. Underground Reptile. I have known Ryan for over 16 years/ We use to work together setting up different things for Calvary Chapel events. I walked around and checked out all kinds of different animals he has. During that time he was busy with some important. I think they told me a health inspector? So I just left and rode some more. 

I have been very blessed to be able to drive pretty much any where I want to. But as this day winds down, that time is winding down too. I talked with Charlie, he is the one that has lend me this great car. The 2014 Soul. Folks this is such a wonderful car to be able to drive around. I have had people asking me. What do you think about owning this car? Well I tell them, it is not mine, BUT it sure is a great ride. 

Last night message was so much on point. Pastor Billy did a wonderful teaching. It was about Genesis 22:1-12. That right it is about, how Abraham has to give up his only son. Very powerful. Talking to me for sure. 

Okay I did help some one out

This is Dennis, when I come to town, this is where I stay. So Dennis and I were talking a couple of days ago. He was telling me, about 7 years ago. Him and Steve started a project. They did half of the under house.  Now this project was, tearing out the out fiber glass and replacing it with new silver liner stuff. We started and once that happen we could not turn back. The first day went okay, just got fiber glass all over us. Plus the dirt. But yesterday it seemed to go a little faster. It was hotter under there. Folks I know the pictures under are not to good to see. But it was tight and dirty. 

Okay the job was staple up this silver liner. Then at the seams put silver tape along them. Then put up fern strips, on each beam. Using screws. I am so happy to say, we are done and it even looks good too. I wanted to back under and take pictures but, NO I am done.

On Sunday night we went out to get some good food. Mean while, while waiting Donna saw a couple that use to be part of the home bible study at their home. So we all sat around and just enjoyed some talking and really good food. Left to right, Tom,Donna,Dennis,Richard and his wife. (forgot her name) 

I am very blessed to be able to stay at Dennis' home and do thing like this and just feel like part of family. 

No more work projects, I need to just chill and seek HIM. Hopefully today that will happen. 

This is what today is all about.

This gentlemen is 91 years old. His name is Fred, I think?  It was many years ago, he was 150# heavier.

Another beautiful day starting out.

I have been having some trouble with McDoanlds inter net. Not sure why. But today I got on. So I took these pictures a couple days ago. 

I had my meeting, it went well and looking forward in seeing what will happen in the next week or so. The reason is I am going to really seeks His face and see what is His plan. As it is now, I just want to hear from Him. So if you are thinking of me, Please say a prayer or two. I really am starting to enjoy my time here. At first I was trying to figure it out on my own, plus others in put. Now He has to be the One and only. 

I saw this Free 60 Days membership, in yesterday's paper here. Maybe next week check it out. 

Okay why am I taking pictures of driveways?

Folks when I first moved to Florida in 1984, this was my job. I was looking to buy into the business. A francas .I cleaned and painted driveways and did that for about 2 years or so. You can see they have had faded some. So not sure if this company is still up and running. I know when I did this, if there was any problems with it, I would have to come back and fix them up. But as I use to do this, I really enjoyed looking back and saying wow this looks great!

These are up in Vero Beach area. I took these about a week ago.

I just got these pictures from Felicia Ryan. The bottle in my hand is a Mountain Dew. I tried to blow it up so you can see that. This was a time I will not forget in a long time.

What a wonderful afternoon and evening too.

Okay guess who is town? That right, my friends, Tim and family. They are here just for a short week-end get away. I just love how our Lord works tings out. I have been here since the 5th of this month and I have had a the chance to spend time with friends that I have back in Nassau, HERE. Is that NEAT? I am so blessed to to have such family. 

Well we all went out to dinner at Olive Garden. Then we drove to the New Marlins stadium. Guess what was next? Yes we stayed for the hole game, plus. 

Just driving down to the stadium was really nice. I hear the kids in the back sit trying to say tongue twisters. Then just to be able to find our way there. It really is not that hard to get there. It is the old Orange Bowl Stadium. Which is right down town area. 

Got to the game and had beautiful sits and very close to the field. Along first base line. I really enjoyed the game, but sad to say, Marlins lost. 9 to 5. That is okay, that made it even more special. The reason is Tim and family are from the Brewers area. Which that made them even more enjoyable. 

At the end of the game, there was a fire works display, done very well too. 

The picture below is of one of the Brewers players. His name is Logan Schafer. That right Schafer, the correct way of spelling Schafer. If you don't know it, that is how my family spells it. 

Folks if you get a chance to go to a game, please take the time to just sit and relax. Now if you can do it with people you love, it even more special. Which that is how I looked at last night.
