I am pretty much finished doing hurricane shutter.

This is Maria's home. Roy and I put up her shutters a couple of days ago. What happen was her neighbor, Sue came over and checked out our work. She asked Mania what she will do with her sliding glass doors???
So Maria called me and asked if there was anything I could do to cover it up?
Yesterday I was winding down putting up shutters. I ran over to Home Depot and there was no plywood or anything like it to work. I saw this guy with a lumber cart walking thru the store carrying roofing material. Why not try and see what happens?
I bought it and brought it back and asked Maria. This is going to be a little pricing? Material was $90.00. She told me go for it.

I laid three sheets down and the driveway and thinking. How am I going to pick this up and screwing it in?????
I asked the LORD HOW TO DO THIS??

I bought three dog ear panels. Thinking this will work?
I had to cut the panels in half and ad a 6" board. It feels strong and I believe it will work. Plus they reach over to the solid framing.

I cut the sheets with my grinder. It worked great.

Prayerful this will protect these door.

We took a ride yesterday afternoon. Needed to get away.

Since I have lived here I have never seen the Jetty empty. There was one fishermen there.

The beach across the channel was empty too. Maybe the park was closed?

If you look back at my blog about three months ago. They were pumping sand from the river. During hurricane Matthew, this beach was distorted. So you can see the hurricane Irma is not even close to us yet?

Now this is right in front of Janice's home. Man I can not believe they are using string to lock this down. I will be putting rope around it today.

I guess something over the windows will help??????
NOT. Just like I showed you  yesterday the DUCT TAPE WINDOWS> REALLY.
