Okay Tuesday and Wednesday are put together.

You can see this is going to be a big job. It is Tim, Adam and Sam standing here looking on. Trying to figure out the best plan.

This is why the ALC is here. The children come in and have a chance to spend the day with our staff an get to hear about our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ and all is has done and doing still to this day.

It is is only 40 foot slide on this island, New Providence (Nassau).
The student that come here spend the whole day with our staff and even are feed lunch.
If you want to know or learn more about this ministry. Please check out our web site.

Here you have a great idea on why and what are the reason for this ministry is all about.

This is one of the staff Tika. She has been part of the staff here for over 6 years maybe even more.

These guys are Arron and Bob. They had a job for all of us to work on. I am not sure if this it Tuesday or Wednesday? But Bob asked if we could take the auger off of the John Deere and put the small bucket back on? Sure we can and I am even looking forward in running our old girl again.
She started up and is running great.

The sun was getting to us and we moved her over into the shade. It was a joy to work along side my old friends and just hang out again.

Adam came over to see what we were doing. He has been part of the staff for over a year now. I was told he will be leaving to go back to Canada in June or so. That will be a blow for The ALC. Arron is pretty much the one that is going to stay and help out with work projects and what ever is needed at the time. So the maintenance is pretty much up in the air after June.

Tim Seally asked me to bring the John Deere over and clear some land. Before I got there, there was a large pile of rocks and dirt along the building there. The old girl did good, we cleared it out and Tim was happy to see that job done. The reason is I guess this next week or so, that they  will be marking out the next cottage and putting in the foundation.

Folks it felt so neat to sit in her sit and just enjoy the sound of the engine and how well she ran. This machine cleared the land for the ALC back 25 years ago.

I believe we are into Wednesday now. The reason is they are almost done putting the new roof on.

The the last coupe of days I had the chance to clean up these singes and garbage around the barn. It really did help me with the stiffness in my right leg to bend down and stretch out somewhat.

Bob and I worked on a leak that was under the buses. There was two or three leaks going on at once. At the end of the day. Bob tried to seal in the pipe with auto bondo. The reason was all the buses had to be taken down to the motor vehicle office for a inspection.
The really neat thing is they all passed. It had to be by GOD GRACE ONLY. these buses are over 20 years old. To pass emissions, like of smog and other problem here on the island.

Here is old girl named Felix. I gave her that name, not sure why? But she is still hanging around and I how she is doing her job too. Taking car of the mice or even rat problem that we have had at the ALC.

There was such joy in the air to see these guys get this roof on and walk away and say they did a great job on it too.

Here we are putting away all the lumber that was used to get up on the roof and just to be able to work on that angle that roof. Plus the scaffolding

These guys did a wonderful job and it even looks great too. That roof should last or another 30 years.
Meanwhile there are tow other guys Stu and Arron (and other Arron (pastor) working on tiling the bathroom at the All Saints Camp. I will share pictures about that tomorrow.
Praise the Lord for the safety and finishing well.
