Well I got up here in less than 50 minutes. This is a friend of mine that I knew back in Fort Lauderdale, I have been helping her out a couple of times. She owns a couple of condos.
Well she wants me to tore out this kitchen. So I drove up there and started tearing it out. Now while I got there she was driving back from Fort Lauderdale. There she had her kitchen cabinets built. So she drove down there in a U Haul truck.
As I was looking at the plumbing this might be a little trouble.
Mean while I heard a some jets taking off. Hey I am right next to Patrick Air Force Base.
There is a F 15 or 16. Flying out the base here. So every time I heard them I went out an tried to watch them take off. SO FAST
These are the pipes coming into the kitchen. There is no shut off valves at all on any of these pipes. So I asked Reine to turn the main valve off.
Okay I would never think of using furniture legs on a kitchen cabinets.
Now how do I not break a pipe???
The truck came back. Now we need to unload this beast.
These are John, Reine and Doris. They are friends of Reine's They live in Fort Lauderdale.
Okay I broke the pipe.
Unloaded the truck and there are 19 cabinets to be installed.
Reine and her friends finished pulling the rest of the tiles.
Okay ran over to Home Depot and got some supplies.
Put in a electric box and all is looking good.
The pipes are all ready to be used. I replaced the pipe that goes threw the wall.
I needed ti get going by 4pm lateness.
So got a phone call from Reine saying sh will be right back and needs my help to unload a stack able washer and drier.
Well it really did NOT go to well getting the washer and drier off the truck. The hand cart wheel came off and and the washer fell over and not looking to good at all.
I didn't leave there until 4:30pm. I need to be at the Darts games at 5:15pm. I made it by the skin of my teeth.
Oh well, I did call Reine the next day and told her I will not be putting in the kitchen cabinets. It is way to much work for me and Roy.
I did talk it over with Roy an he believes it is more than we really have to do.
