Well as Christmas as gone by, Jeanne asked me on Christmas, where is the FIRE PIT???
Okay, I know she asked for one, BUT isn't this something for the YARD?
She told me why didn't I buy her that?
Hey this is something I get confused about.
FIRE PIT. NOT REALLY HER'S???
Okay a couple of days after Christmas, we went shopping. Lowes, Port Saint Lucie, Vero Beach DON"T HAVE ANY IN STOCK.
So I ordered one on line (Lowes) The first one we talked about before Christmas. Thinking, this will be great. (31" across)
After I ordered it, she went on line and bought the BIGGER ONE, (41" across)
So the one I bought came in and we took it back to Lowes. The one she bought on line came in and we had a fire that night.
During the burning, we noticed that the fire was going down. The bottom didn't seem like it was getting any air down there.
So we went to Home Depot and bought a screen protector. I actually bought it to put under the fire pit. Trying to protect the concrete. But the size was a little to small. So thinking maybe we can put the wire mess on a few bricks and rise the wood that burns up a little.
Got out my BRAND NEW HANDSAW, my baby bought for me for Christmas. Plus two new batteries and $100.00 gift card from Home Depot too. All set, cut the counters off and it fit prefect.
Have not tried it yet. But I know this coming week-end it will be a little cooler and this will be burning some wood.
Just to give you a up date on my knee. All is doing well. There is a guy (Dennis) (Home Care) that comes in Monday, Wednesday and Friday and helps me do my exercises. he has two more visits and then I go to outpatient. Physical Therapy.
Hey getting some riding done a stationary bicycle. Plus other things he is having me do.
My range on the knee is only 95%. My Dr. Stanton wants 122% bending. So I guess I a way to go. But Dennis told me it will come, in time. I see my doctor on the 30th of January.
Hey I really hope and pray that you are all seeking His Face.
Please when you get a chance, read Palms 46. It pretty much tells us the following"
God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.
This is such a beautiful Palms to read and you will feel His peace come upon you and His Love too.
The reason is our Pastor Doug, Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, Fl. was on Face Book a couple of days ago and he was reading this and other words of wisdom.
Last night Jeanne and I listen and afterwards real felt His Presence.
