We have been trying to go out on the boat, for a while now.

If you look you can see how the front of the boat is lower than the back end. So, what do we do? It is  really the guy that built the trailer problem. They should have built the front up, more?  But I really don't think they will redo it for us? I could be, wrong?
But I went out and bought a 4" drop trailer hitch. So, I reversed it. raised it up 3" Not enough. I took that back at Home Depot and bought a 7" drop trailer hitch at Tractor Supply. Oh, it was on sale too. 20% off all Reese Trailer Hitches.

I know the trailer is still on the jack stand. But it did help us.

Ok, on Wednesday the 24th. We got everything loaded up on the boat and ready to go out. We drove to the boat ramp at Stan Blum Boat Ramp. Backed the trailer into the water. Jeanne said don't do anything else. Let's make sure she starts up. Sorry to say the batteries were dead. COME ON, Why? The motor would not turn over at all. Pulled back out and drove home. Got home and tested the batteries. The one was dead. The other was still fulling charged. Got the battery charger out and hooked it up after I took the battery cables off of the battery. The battery took a long time to charge back up. I came back in a couple of hours to see. I got back in the boat and heard something running. It was the bulge pump was running. I open the back hatch and found, a piece of plastic wrapped around the water leveler. That tells when the water needs to be pumped out or not.
Okay now we have a fully charged batteries and ready to go. We did go out and bought two trickle chargers. I mounted on the side of the battery cases. Hooked them both up. Put hooked them up with a extension cord and let them charge overnight.

We got up early on Saturday morning. I checked the motor, and it ran great. Okay let's go out!!!!
While going out to the intercoastal A family in a boat flagged us down. Asked if we could tow them back to the dock? I asked what was wrong? The motor is turning over but no spark. So, we towed them back and it was really nice to be able to help someone out.

See the waves crashing on the Jettty?

That is what is called the COVE. Folks hang out here for hours. Just enjoying sitting and walking in the water there. Plus most everyone out there has some kind of drink, plus.

This is on the other side of the intercoastal.

There is many sail boats anchored out in the channel, here.

These two were crossing to the other side of it. I am not sure about being out here on the week-end.
There are folks that really enjoy their drink.

After we were out there for a long while. We were testing all our new toys. Like the trolling motor. This is so neat, it has GPS built in it and all you need to do is, set the lock on it and it will keep you in that 2 feet area. Plus use it has a trolling motor, for fishing too. I know there is more to learn, but for today we figured out how to turn it on and run it around and see what happens.
We are on our way in now. It was a beautiful day to be out there and just enjoy the relaxing time too.
Jeanne wanted to go out into the ocean, but as we started going towards the outlet. We saw many waves crashing up against the rocky jetty.
After getting her up on the trailer. Wash went to the boat wash area and made her look beautiful again.
It did take us about hour or so to wash everything. But at the end, we are now done and all we need to do is, drive home and unload the things we put on her.

Oh, look at what we caught while out there??? No, we bought these at Sam's Club about two months ago. They sure were tasty and enjoyable.
Okay we are hoping to go back out on Tuesday morning, on the boat.
Jeanne has a doctor's appointment on that day and then we will load up and try to get out on the ocean. She really wants to go fishing and catch some fish.
Well, I hope and pray that you all are having a wonderful Memorial Day Week-end.
We are just hanging out home and Jeanne needs to work on her math. She is taking her test next month.
HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY AND STAY SAFE OUT THERE.
