The first day (Monday) Just had coffee served. This set up is for breakfast (Tuesday) FFA were the servers and the one provide the food.
This is the next morning set up. The gentleman in the light blue shirt is our NEW principal, Mr. Alfonzo of Westwood. Since he has been the principal here, things have been set to a higher standard. He has brought the school to better level of rules and respect. He has improved the attitude of the teachers and students. Overall, I really nice guy too.
Thye served, Eggs, grits, biscuits and gravy. Plus, bacon and sausage.
We set up for the next two days, lunch. Which was the same set up.
I was not part of the next couple of days. But had to make sure everything was set the same each day.
But on Friday, teachers and wifey and I had a wonderful lunch out at the FFA barns, behind the school.
What does FFA stand for? Future Farmers of the America.
They raise cows, bulls and pigs for the county fair. 4 H group. During the Fall and Spring. So, this year they raised a pig, called Alfie. Just for this occasion. That's right LUNCH That correct, we all had Alfie for lunch, Ribs, Pull Pork and Sauage.
I have a funny and sad story about the two pigs we raised in The Bahamas (ALC) I use to feed them twice a week. That was my scheduled times. Saturday and Sunday. Well, one year we had a barbecue there. The students that were staying at the ALC. The group was called Patmos. They cooked one of the pigs. Their names were Bacon and Ham. Well, I was not going to eat him at all. That was a mean thing to do. But since I have come back to the states. We, all eat bacon and ham mostly every day, for breakfast.
