Folks, I love the idea of seeing history.

Yes two nights ago we all saw history in the making. I can remember the riot's during the 60's. I can even remember going down town Rochester, NY. Seeing all the things that got destroyed during Martin Luther Jr. was killed. There is so much I remember about the races. But I am happy and sad about this last election. The reason I say happy, the old ways, how things were then. Now seeing a Black man in office. Good news. But now the sad news, Is he the one to solve our troubles? He has a long road to go to get USA back on the map. He will have to have a strong back bone to push and get this nation back together. I was talking with some of my friends here. They pretty much believe he is the answer. One friend, Harry. he was telling me today that Obama is going to bring all our nations together. The reason is everyone love him and they see hope in him. I really do hope and pray that they are right and that our nation will not destroy her self any more.
I do have some great NEWS. Jesus is still in control and let us all go for a ride and see what happens.

I have a small note to pass on to ALL of you out there. I was told be a reliable source that I will have enough funds to stay a little bit longer here. I am not sure where these funds are coming from but I can tell you this. I am very happy to be able to share that with all of you out there.
Now that doesn't mean I will not still be trying to raise funds. No I still have that responsible to still seek other for help. So I just wanted you all to hear what our Lord has done at this time. Hello all,

Tonight we had our Single's night out. Had a chance to go out and have some GREAT food. We went to this place Carmines' NYC. Hey this place rocks for food. At first I was not to sure about going out to this place. The reason is, price. But if you go make sure you have around 4 or more people. The reason is, their plates are BIG and you share with others at your table. Tonight was the biggest group of Singles I have ever seen here from Calvary Bible. I was so glad Veda talked me into doing this. She really is a good planer and a very good hostest. She did our ordering and I walk away full and very happy to be able to eat such GOOD FOOD. The night cost each of us $28.00. It really was worth it and just the fellowship too. I am so glad to be part of a group like this and I look forward each time we meet to see what God is doing in our lives. The reason I say that is, we ask people to share and He Is SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD TO ALL OF US.

Oh that is right, I was not part of the meeting. So I am sorry to bring you this news. But I don't have a clue on what they talked about. All I know is that some of them have resigned from the board. Then I guess some have been asked to be part of the board. Oh I guess I do know what they talked about. But I can't tell you who did what. Reason I was not part of it. Folks I am board tonight so I thought this would unboard me. Hey I do love these people and I will look forward next week on all that has happen. Pastor Chet and staff will be meeting next Tuesday morning, for our once a month staff meeting. So maybe by then I will have something else to share with you. This is just before they started there Board Meeting

This was our sunset for tonight.

Good evening all.

Yes we are ready for our yearly board meeting. Every one was there tonight for a real nice dinner. The pictures you see above are of staff, staff of before,board members, family. Just a bunch of nice people. It was so good to come together and get some what caught up. Yes our man Randy Grebe came into our mitts this afternoon. If sure was neat to see him and just to talk a minute or so. I really am hoping to spend some time with him. But like all things, he is in demand. Every one wants to see how he is doing and family. Him and his wife, Kim and one daughter are on a ship called the Logges Hope. Right the ship is in Denmark, being built and remodeled. Randy and family are going to be part of this OM Missionary group. The ship should be done in about two to three months. then it will join the our two ships out at sea. I will write to you about the ship in another blog. this one is on the visit of our old staff and board members.

I just wanted to say hello to you all. This passed week-end at Calvary Chapel, Ft. Laud. Pastor Bob and Pastor Chet had a chance to share about what we all can do to get God's love shown across the world. I was very happy to see one of my friends up on the stage there. The picture above is Michelo and Pastor Chet. I wish the picture was better. Oh well, the message was on how the body of Christ is at work and how we all need to help out. I know there are brothers and sisters out there that want to help out, but just don't have the time to do it. Well like I was telling my room mate this morning. It is all about priorities in our lives. What is important to you, you will get done. So you need to look at your own life and see what you believe is important to you. Example, look in your check book today and see where your money is going. Just look. That is your priority? So please if you have been saying I don't have time to do this or that. What do you think God is saying to you????? What is your priority?

Along the shore, BOATS EVERY WHERE

Hello again all,

This is just a up date that I started yesterday on the trip to Eleuthera. I will try to keep the pictures in order this time. The first one is the moon at Govern Harbor, That is where the Bo Hengy came into on Friday night. Next one is the church we went to on Sunday. People's Church on the island of Spanish Wells. I just want to show you how great this island is. Look at all the food that was made just for us? No They were having a Missions Conference. The Pastor Chris is their pastor there. He came from Calvary Bible Church. The service was on why do we need missionaries? It spoke volumes to me. Am I doing this for man or God???? Some day I wonder that? The reason I say this is I have rough days just like you all. But I can go to sleep knowing I did the best I could for that day. But the days I feel like I failed, those days I look at man and look for answers. Mean while they don't have the answer I am looking for. So I go back to God and He is always there listening to my problems. Thank you Lord for Who YOU are.
Okay enough about that. So the next pictures you see are driving around the island of Spanish Wells still. This island is only 1/4 mile wide and 2 miles long. So we all got into a truck and took a ride around. I wish my pictures came out better, but driving is sometimes not good for that. The next shot is along the where everyone has a boat and parks them there. Oh just to let you know. You have all heard of Red Lobster???? Well this is the island where they get them form. These guys go out in their LARGER boat and spend two to three months driving for them. Then they come back and that is how they all make money, (pretty much). Okay back to the pictures.
