Well folks let me tell you a story, About four months ago. Our PTA members came up with a plan to have a Walk A Thon. These moneys we raised would go towards our new school bus (which a picture is above this story). So we were hoping to give back to the school what it could use most at this time, funds. The bus cost $65,000.00 a payment of $30,000.00 was made before. These are the funds that this school has been raising now for over three years.
We had a lot of ideas on what to do. But over all this one sounded like the best at the time. So our president, Mr Saunders approved. So on January 11 2012 the plan was started. The following week or so, we had a PTA meeting with the parents. At that time Mr Saunders asked for people to step up and help us get a funds raising crew together. Plus all the donations that we might need to pull this off. I think we as a PTA board members meet about ten times after that. At first is looked like tings might not work out.
By looking at the pictures below, you will see how good our God is.
I am so blessed to be part of tings God has His hand on. I will Praise in the morning and afternoon and at night.
Today is Palm Sunday, we will look at this week called Passion Week.
Please Please if you do anything this this week, set time aside to praise Him and look at all His has done in your life.
Going back to the walk a thon, we received pretty much every thing we needed to pull this off. Over all I just want to say thank you to all that helped us and pray that each person that was part of this sees how much MORE GOD DID THIS NOT US.
