That right I am enjoying MY cheese cake. Kevin made this for me for Christmas. I have had it in the freezer since then. So yesterday I took it out and BOY was that great. You can see I ate almost 1/3 of it last night. Since he has moved out, it has been lonely around. So when ever he comes over and spends some time, I am very blessed. The neat ting is he is not here now, So this cake is MINE.
