We were siting around and talking about what and how about health. Then the subject came up about sugar. Well I found out that Greg has been watching his for the last six years. I said what? He has been on the high side. So we talked about how to test for it. Then you can see we tested each other.
Deb here, tried a couple of times and didn't get any blood out. So we found out the setting was for thin skin. I guess she has heavy? So she really got tested three times. At the end her test was 146. Which is a little high, I was told. I guess anything under 100 is good.So I did and it was 103. Bon's was 146. Jon was 106. So after testing each other. I got the cup cakes out and said, I guess Jon and I can eat these?
I look back when I was a kid and listen to my folks talk about stuff like this?
So I guess we are all at that age?
I will be driving back this after noon, after lunch.
I really had a wonderful time and really look forward in seeing them again soon.
