Hey have to been out side lately?

Well yesterday i went on another bike ride. I just love how they set these cones up for me. I fel so safe while riding on the inside of them. 

Okay, yes I am at the beach again. Man how many of us live in Florida here and never go to the beach? Why do we live here? Please if you have not been down there for a while, take the time and get your butt down there. It is so beautiful and peaceful and even a great breeze is coming in too. 

Okay this is one of our rooms we use to store a couple of items. Now this use to be the mommy's room. During a service you as a New Mommy would come in here and watch the service and no one would come in as you are feeding your baby. But now it is a store room of stuff. We use the rockers during the Women's Ministry classes that go on in the Banquet room. They have their own room down the hallway so they can sit in the rockers enjoying the class with out anyone walking in while they are feeding their little ones. 

Okay now this machine is telling me I have lost weight? That is a lot of steps?
