This is Captain Bruce's boat. About 9 years ago I meet this guy, Captain Bruce. back then he had this smaller sail boat. Well what he does is set up trips with missionaries to sail to the other islands around The Bahamas. About three years ago he got himself a new (old) ship to re do and set it up the way he wanted it. I am sorry but you can see the sun was setting. So I didn't even try to take any pictures of the inside of the ship. Well the sad part was Bruce was off the boat for now and we never did hook up. But one of his crew, Mark gave us a tour of the ship and just hung out for a little while. It was so peaceful on there and just some of the stories Mark shared were really neat.
Just think being 20 year olds an spending the winter traveling on a ship like this and just hanging out with other Christians. Wow I would have love to do that back in the days.
Well like I said Bruce didn't get back before we had to get going. But folks if you just think of the ministry times you could have spending with a group of 40 kids to share the Word of God. Plus see these other island around here.
I know the picture didn't come out great. BUT just look at your area you get to see in.
This be the maintenance trailer, plus.Yesterday Tim and I had a chance to build a feeding box. That is what is below in the next picture. I am sorry but we hung it up and then walked away and said, oh I need a picture of it. But I was not climbing over the fence again.
This is Bob, Faye and Mr Tim. we went to the Bambo Shack for lunch yesterday. It was so good. Just hanging out and seeing all God is doing in their lives and mine.
I really love these guys and would love to be here for a longer time. But we all have seasons.
Well today I will be working at the All Saints Camp.
There is a group coming in the help up there and let us see what happens today.
May the Lord bless your day and really look forward in spending time with some young collage folks.
