A couplle of days before this came out. Roy and I were down at Vero Beach and saw guys working there replacing boards and even bring in more sand. I saw this article and thought about the work we saw down there a few days before.
Hey this board walk had some damage from the Hurricane Matthew, I think in Sept of last year?
It sure is a beautiful beach and during the early morning there are some walkers out there. This day it was a little chilly out. But still beautiful.
If you look, you can see the crane loading up the sand to drive north to refill the northern area.
Just a note, this next week my work schedule is changing. I have been working 6 pm to 11 pm. Three nights. Starting Friday. I will be going in at 4 AM to 10 AM. So if you think if you think of me, Please say a prayer or TWO. That is early, but I thinking more hours.
Like I said I have been averaging around 15 hours. Now I will get more than 24 plus.Not sure if the old body will be able to get up and work that long. Hey I told them I will give it a shot and see what happens.
