It is funny but every Wednesday I come into this cooler I see pallets of stock that has not been worked up. So as for today I worked up four pallets of stock
Right after getting that done. The shipment came in and there was four more pallets to put away.
At the end of the day, I got them put on the shelves and all is well again.
As for the statement I said in the title I gave my notice that on Nov 15 will be my last day working there. The reason is really two of them.
On Nov 22 I will be driving over to my cousin's (Bonita) house in Winter Haven and picking her up. Then we will be driving over to Largo to spend our Thanksgiving with her brother and other cousins.
Then on Dec 4th I will be getting a hernia operation done. That correct I have had a hernia on my left side for over four years. The reason I waited. I knew when I was back in the Bahamas I did it. But as living there I didn't have any health insurance. Then coming back and working at Calvary Chapel. I had health insurance but it would cost me over $4000.00. The reason was my deductible was $5000.00 ( I think) So my doctor down in Fort Lauderdale told me to wait and Medicare insurance would cover the operation cost. Now prayerfully he was right. My doctor's office manger up here told me that he was correct. It should not cost me that much.
Oh so I am thinking I will be out of work for a couple of weeks and this might be a blessing for me?
The store manger asked if I would take a leave of absence.
I know I will miss talking with the customers and others while I do my job. So we will see what happens.
