I tried to be on top of things.


Last Monday I tried to set up our cable for the new house (3302). I talked to them and they sent a guy (Mike?) out. I talked to him and to see how it was going? He told me all is well on the house. BUT the line going across the road (Sunrise Blvd) was knocked down or cut some how. 
I asked him what will happen next? He said would have a bucket truck come out and run a new line across the street. Great I said. I told him we would be moving in this week-end 9/19 -20/2020.
he told me okay, the truck might be out, the day mike was working there or next? 
Okay looking forward getting the inter net here now. 
Now the problems start. No one came out on Tuesday. So I called the company. You have a order in for a repair? Correct. Okay yesterday 9/24/2020 After I called ad least seven or more times to get this fixed. I other guy came out Kevin. He asked what can he do for me? I showed him the down wire and told him I have been asking for a bucket truck for a week and half. 
He tells me that not sure when that will happen? 



Mean while Mat calls me back from Comcast. Asking how is it going? I told him it is not. I handed the phone to Kevin and they talked. He hands the phone back and told me he would try to get someone out today or tomorrow. Okay sounds okay. About half hour later a bucket truck shows up and they got the wire across the street and told me I was up and running. 




I called Comcast and was on line for 45 minutes .She told me I should be on. I tried it on my phone, but just not sure if it is up or not??   We didn't get back home (2709) until almost 9 pm.  I will be bring my laptop over there today and prayerfully it will work????? PLEASE LORD.
