After leaving the doctor's office we just took our time driving back home. We took US 1. While driving, Jeanne was showing me different places she has lived. Restaurants she and her hubby would go to. It was a enjoyable ride, relaxing and just a beautiful day to ride.
This place she believes has the best hamburgers and wings. So, guess what we ordered?
Wow this brought back many memories for me too. Don and I would go to places like this to enjoy playing pool and getting somewhat drunk too.
Well, we got our food and I enjoyed it. The wings were okay. I think Jo Jo's has the best wings. That is in Fort Pierce area.
But before we left here, I challenged Jeanne to shoot one game? She took on the challenged and guess who won, that is correct. SHE DID. I got cocky and started banging in the balls and missed hit the eight ball, before it's time. Yes, I lost the game.
But I know we both enjoyed ourselves and had a great hamburger.
Started back heading north again. On US 1.
As driving we saw this gift shop. Thinking, why not stop? So, as we walked in it sure was a souvenir shop. But as we were looking around, noticed their price were not bad at all. Had many kinds of shells and items for outside. So, we did get out of there, only spending $28.00.
Hey, we got home and just relaxed. Talked about the doctor (practitioner, Donna) She gave me a test. asking me different questions. I think I passed them all. But our main reason for going there was, to start the testing procedure. She set up MRI, blood work. They are all for seeing if anything has changed since the tests, I took back 3 years ago. It is all relayed to memory. Back then I saw another doctor about the same procedures on memory testing. Back then the woman I saw, told me that I have squirrels. Really nothing to worry about. Just have to deal with them (squirrels) It was pretty funny back then. But Jeanne is telling me that my squirrels are messing with my memory more than ever.
So, as we all get older each year. There is really no reason NOT to get tested again.
So, in the next months I will get more tests done and see the main doctor in three (3) months and go over the results. I am a little concern about what they find. But remember WHO made me. Thank you, Jesus, for all you have done and will be doing in my life, down the road. I know you are right alongside of me, and I have nothing to worry about.
Folks just remember one thing HE LOVES YOU TOO.
