It has been a while since I have trimmed and cleaned out her gutters too.
Oh, the reason I am here now is because Jeanne and her sisters plus a few nieces flew to New York City, for a couple of days. It was a girl's trip, and she really needed to get away.
So, why not do something?
Jeanne left early on Sunday morning, so I planned on leaving the house around sunup and head over to Winter Haven and check thing out.
Not sure when I was here to work on her gutters? But back then I put down a plastic screening over the gutters themselves. Thinking that the leaves will stay out and the rain would flow thru. BUT I WAS WRONG. It made them back up even more. Plus, the plastic dry rotten. So, the leaves still filled up the gutters. Now this is a big mess, problem. So, I ripped the plastic off and tried to clean out the gutters by hand. Then used a garden hose to flush them out. Now I need to get the leaves off the roof. The neighbor across the street brought over his backpack blower for me to use. It worked great. There are still leaves in the middle of the carport roof. I can't walk on the carport roof. Not enough support.
Okay I am up here and have many branches to cut off and drop off the roof. While doing the cutting I am thinking what do I need to get rid of them. Well folks I came here on Sunday morning and started out cleaning the leaves off. Now I need to trim these trees. It's not good to have tree limbs hanging over the roof plus when they lay on the roof. It dry rots the singles.
Okay the trees are trimmed and now what???
I talked with the neighbor across the street (Jimmy) He walked over and showed me to bring the branches to the main road and put them there.
I started moving them over there. I am thinking, what if the park will get mad for me doing this? I really don't want to load them up in the truck and take them to the land fill. First it would be ad least six to eight trips and the landfill is about 15 miles away. Plus, they charge for yard debris. So, very expensive too. Wow, I am not sure? I have been praying and asking the Lord what should I do? After I moved about 1/3 of the branches. I heard a truck coming down the road. I think the garbage truck. BUT NO, IT'S A BUCKET TRUCK. Now that is HOW GOD WORKS. I just broke down and thanking HIM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Every person that has walked by, I was telling them how GOOD OUR GOD IS. This shouldn't blow my mind, but it did. I went over and talked with the driver (Tommy) I just told him how GOOD GOD IS. He told me He is. while talking with Tommy, I was telling him I have more to move. He told me not to worry. he would stop by again before he left the park. Which he did and even helped me bring them over to his truck too. Afterwards he even raked up the small ones too.
WOW, THANK YOU LORD.
Folks I am so blessed and very happy that this is done, and I can go back home knowing she should be okay for a while.
After this I went back up and cleaned the gutters out with more water and all flowing good now. I washed the gutters with my house cleaner. There was some mildew on them.
I had to spray a few times. Plus used a blush them too.
I sprayed them a couple of more times. Then just left the chemical set on them. To make sure they are as clean as they could be. I said my goodbyes and was on my way back home. I did stop at Wendy's for lunch. I got a Dave's hamburger and a large frosty, (Salted CARAMEL) Boy that sure was good and tasty.
I saw this rainbow entering Lake Whales. It was raining on and off during my ride home.
This is s full rainbow going across the sky. This is on Route 60 heading west. Wow my God is so good to me and I just am so blessed.
As I was thinking I need to get some gas. I knew Rocket Gas has been the cheapness for a while now. I went on line and the web site tells me it's $2.76 a gallon. Well, this trip I have not seen it any lower than $3.09. It will be worth the trip to get off 95 at Indro Exit.
It sure was worth the trip. $2.48 a gallon. I was driving the F150. This truck can use up gas with trips alike this one. I had a little less than 1/4 tank left. It only cost me $46.92 to fill her up and I am very happy I stopped here. Even in the rain it was worth it. Thank you, Lord, again.
Now I am home and turned on the Christmas Lights and had to send a picture to my baby. I sent this and wrote, saying, Big Mr. Snowman is wondering where mom is.
I told him she will be home tomorrow afternoon.
I was reading this morning Genesi 43-44
Thess verses are telling about how Joseph was the second in order to Pharaoh. If have read about the life of Joesph is so neat how God gave him dreams when he was younger and how this family would bow to him one of these days to come.
Well, I don't want to tell you the story itself. There are so many blesses that Joseph received and how God was with him during all he was going thru and how our Lord kept blessing him.
I could not tell you all that happen. But it's worth your time to read it yourselves.
Please do, I am trying to show you how God blesses and keeps His hand on each and every one of us. EACH DAY WE ARE ON THIS EARTH.
I have been handing out tracks. I will write about them next time. I am trying to share His LOVE and HOW MUCH HE LOVES US.
