Jeanne and I on our way to Iowa, yes I said Iowa. Explain in the blog.

Okay, why Iowa, well Jeanne has a nieces and nephews and brother and his EX-WIFE. Plus, all the families. So, Rachel (grandniece) was having a graduation party and we were invited. Plus, I think the real reason is to spend time with her brother (Billy). Which is a good thing. He lives in a resting home, and he hasn't seen his sisters in a long time. Oh, Jeanne did fly here during Christmas, he had a stroke and she was very concern.
I was excited to come just to spend time with her family and get to meet the ex-wives' hubbly.
Thinking why not take my brand-new Ford Maverick to the airport to see how good she really is.
She made it and I am sorry to say I forgot to look at the milage afterwards to see how good the milage was. I know we saved some money.

We walk in the go to check in, the young lady behind the counter told us that we need to pay for our carryon bags. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. CARRY ON BAGS. It ended up costing $150.00 for both of our bags. So, we checked them in and let them carry them on for us.
Now we will fix that coming back. Online it will still cost, but only $35.00 a bag. CRAZY.
Hey Spirit started charging for carry on and now they are no longer running.

See the small FEE???

We got to Carrie and Mark's house, and we walked over to Dave and Debbie's (ex-wife) Put our bag in our room and went back to Carrie's and helped get things going for the party. I really not sure what I was did, it has been 2 weeks since the trip. But i do remember help sitting up the large tent.
I think we got into bed around 12 midnight.
The days we were there is June 10th to 13rd.

I got up and walked out front and saw a nice wrought iron table and chairs. It was like 60 degrees out there. So, I had my jacket on. I sat down and read my Bible, and a large cat came up and sat and looked up at me and like, hey you have any food for me? I only had my coffee. But I read a couple of chapters and went and made sure Jeanne was up and we had an egg burrito. Then walked over to Carrie's house and started setting up the tent and whatever they wanted us to do.

Had to blow up some ballons and that turned out to be funny watching the kids trying to blow them up, with out popping them.

This is Carrie and Rachel, Nieces.

This is Mathew grand nephew.

Okay I guess everything is ready to go have a great Graduation PARTY.

This evening Jeanne and I took Billy back to his room (rest home) on the way Jeanne saw this in someone yard. We stopped and got out and had too really check it out. It's Robotic Lawnmower. I am sorry I didn't see the name of this one. But we watched and it was kind of neat. I saw one of these lawn mowers in the Bahamas a while back.
We got to be Billu home.

This is Billy, Jeanne's brother. He was very much aware all that was going on. He even made Jeanne laugh.
We said our goodbyes, and all is well. Jeanne pretty spent the whole day with him and just talked and had a wonderful time.

This is Carrie and my little girl Jeanne saying our goodbyes.
I know Jeanne and I had a wonderful time, and I am sorry to say, I never took family pictures.
Folks this trip was worth the flight and just hanging out with everyone and watching how the kids had a great time too.
Folks we now in Sarasota, Florida. June 23rd to 26th. We are here because Jeanne has classes, I have many stories to talk about so, while here I will try to get a couple other blogs done while here.
All I ask is that you are taking the time to read your Bible and keep seeking His face,
He is right near you and all you need to do is Ask Him into Your Heart.
