Steven and I have been playing with this brake system now for four days. I should really say Steven has been doing pretty much all the work on this. I get to sit in the truck and push the pedal, down and let it up. Hold it and watch for the brake fluid that is doesn't run out. Okay, I drove the Toyota truck on Monday. It was pulling to the driver side bad. So Steven looked at the front brakes. Found out a couple of problems. He fixed that part. Now I notice the pedal goes to the floor. So thinking maybe the master cylinder is letting brake fluid pass the cups? So we went down the tried to find rebuilt kit. Did and Steven put it back together and still goes to the floor. Yes we have bleed every thing. So thinking maybe the wrong kit. Go back yesterday to AID and bought another kit. Still has a lot of air in the system. The pedal has less travel. But still not right. We will work on it Monday and see what happens.
Looking at the ocean bus too, there looks like more oil in the radiator? I put some Simple Green in there trying to see if it is just a build up from before. The reason is every one I talk with, said we did the heat exchanger right. that should fix the oil leak. We will drive it next week and see what happens.
It really has been a blessing to have Steven here, but things are not fixing right? Not sure why? We will try again next week.
Oh my truck, Dawkins got the parts in on Thursday. Hopefully next week I can get MY TRUCK BACK.
