I know I have not written any thing about this. But our church Calvary Bible has been looking for a new senor pastor. Well Pastor Rob Elliot came into town a couple of weeks ago. During his time here the church has been asking questions and just hearing about him and his wife Beth. It started last Sunday, he did both teaching at Calvary. Then on Wednesday night we had a little question and answer time at Calvary. It really was a neat time to hear and even listen to his answers, plus his wife shared a little too.
Okay, so Mark my boss asked him if he could come out to the Adventure Learning Centre one day? He said he would love to. So after breakfast on Friday morning, with Patrick Rutherford, he got dropped off and he spent some time with us. Mean while Mark was out of town. So Eric, Tim Seeley and I showed him around the Centre and Camp. While he was with me I did ask him a lot of questions about why he wanted to come here and did he know about what is going on at Calvary? Well like I said it really a good time and just to hear his heart on why he is a pastor and what called him here? I am sorry but during his time here I didn't even get my camera out to take pictures. Not sure why? But before he came, Eric wanted to do a oil change and even change out the spark plugs too. Then after that the truck would not start. So I was with Rob at the time, so Mr Bob came over to see if he could help Eric. Which after a couple of phone calls from Eric, they found out a wire was not put on correctly. So at the end the truck is up and I drove Pastor Rob back to the place he and his wife are staying at,that is Paul and Dense Worle. They live out at Coral Harbor area.
