I tried something I have not done in many years.




That right I am in a kayak. On Monday I switched with one of my fellow workers. He needed Tuesday off. So I took Monday. I have a good friend that loves to go kayaking. So I said sure, It should be a good time and even a nice work out. Got there and got into the kayak and my legs started to cramp up. I kept trying to sit different ways to stop the pain. But I gave up in about 20 minutes. I went a shore and even swam for a little while. Just trying to loosen up those muscles.She went out on her own and did very well. She came back and I went out on my own. Got out a little ways and those pains kept coming. Hey I ride my bike everywhere and never felt this pain before. She was telling me that I need to stretch those muscles in my back and legs each day. We went and had some pizza and even went looking at SUV's She is thinking about buying a newer one. 
I got home and tried to stretch them then. The pain didn't stop until I laid down and then it stopped. Folks she even told me that when I walk I hunch over a little. I remember watching my dad start doing that. he use to tell me it felt better that way. He even did it in the store over the shopping cart. I use to tell him to stand up straight. 
It is rough getting old.
