Guess I am addicted to riding the cycle?

I am traveling south on US 1. that is right, it is around 11 am on Thursday. It really is funny how little the traffic is up this way.

I stopped by this thrift shop. It is part of the church I have been to a couple of times. Pastor Dave at Archie's. As I walked around and looked I really saw some good deals here. I am riding a bicycle, plus low on funds for now, I really don't need anything. I will come back another day and check it out again.

As I was approaching this bridge, thinking it looks a little higher than I remember driving over it. Well Lord give me the strength I need to conquer it. I started peddling and even lower to a large gear to peddle faster,

Got to the top and said Thank you Lord. It really does look like rain today. but the weather man this morning, dry day. Okay I kept on going.

I rode to the end of Seaway Drive and found this jetty running out towards the ocean.

This couple here are using a net to get some minnows. As I rode by them when they got back to their truck, I saw hundreds of them going into a large pail. I guess he fishes or maybe sell them somewhere? But they had a load of them.

Riding out to the point I saw some fishermen and ladies. Not sure if they caught any thing.

These are sand pipers (babies) They sure are cute.

Riding back I was watching the pelicans just going crazy, diving into the water and looks like they found the minnows too.

This is a path that goes around the horn of the inlet. It ends up at a nice restaurant.
Got back on the main road now.

Man no traffic at all. It really is kinda neat to ride and not worry about these cars and trucks flying by you. Now there are still some.

I stopped here to just walk down to the water on the Indian river side to see what is happening here?

As I walking in the wooded area, towards the water. I saw all kinds of baby crabs running sideways. Trying to get out of my way. As I was on the main road I kept seeing them on along the way.

Wow is this place peaceful or what?

Kept going south. Got to the power plant and tuned around to start home again. I really was starting to feel tired. I knew I was pretty much on my own to get back.

I did stop at one cove. The sad part was my phone was pretty much dead. The reason was I found out after getting home, I video about 20 minutes of my ride in the back pack. I could hear the cars driving by, but no picture at all. So that is why I stopped taking pictures.

I got home charged up the phone and even went down to the pool to relax. I am not sure why, but every time I ride more than 30 miles my thighs will crap up. So thinking if I am in the pool this will help? Not really. After swimming for about 10 minutes. I stopped and just stood on the side of the pool and the craps came and boy did they hurt. I got out and laid in a lounge chair to see if that would help. Not really. I got back on the bike and rode home and after that, they stopped hurting.
Hey I am stretching now and still not sure why the pain?
I even came home and drank a smoothie full of bananas. Plus more water.
